This report focuses on my personal career and goal and helps in understanding my future
goals and objectives. Every individual focuses on developing its career goals and objectives
which can help individual in boosting its career. As a individual, I am focusing on boosting my
career growth and development by understanding my future goals. My career goal is to run my
own business and my business would focus on producing pickled olives. My career goal would
help me to focus on my short term goals and objectives as it would help in achieving my future
goals. Name of the factory will be Dobby Olives and business would focus on providing quality
products to its consumers. Career goal for every individual is important as it helps an individual
in developing their skill and knowledge which individual can contribute in their personal growth.
My specific career goal would help me in understanding about market environment and what
type of skills and knowledge can contribute in my business setup. Specific career goals would
help me in developing my own personal development plan and understanding about my skills
and capabilities in current scenario and need of development.
Personal SWOT Analysis
SWOT Analysis is explained as framework which help an individual in understanding
about its strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats. This framework help individual in
developing their skills and capabilities based on the analysis of competitive environment. Every
individual focuses on their skill development which could contribute in growth of individual.

This framework would help me in understanding about need of skills for my career goals and
understanding about scope of development as an individual. This framework would help me in
understanding about current business environment and what skills would help me in growing my
own business and achieving my career goal:
Strengths
As a individual, my strengths include time-management as I can effectively manage my
time and it can help me in understanding about value of time. Effective time-management would
help me in assigning appropriate time to various tasks and activities. Time-management would
help me in achieving my goals and objectives with desired time-frame. Another strength of mine
is that I am hard worker and I focus on achieving my goals by putting efforts. Another strength
of mine is that I am a team-player and I can blend in easily with my team-members. This would
help me in effectively communicating with my team members and contributing my efforts in
achieving team goals.
Weakness
Weakness are considered as points which can affect individual growth and development.
In terms if my weakness, I consider myself as stressful as in case of difficult situation I feel
stress and it affect my effectiveness and efficiency. Another one of my weakness is that I have
short temper and in some situations I can be very angry which is not good for my personal
development. Sometimes, I make decisions in rush without understanding the situation and this
affect my decision-making abilties.
Opportunities
In case of opportunities for my organisation Dobby Olives I could focus on providing
innovative products which can help me in expanding my business and also expanding consumer
base of organisation. I can focus on providing faster delivery of products to consumers which can
help in satisfying consumers and engaging consumer with organisation. I can focus on hiring
skilled employees which can help organisation in achieving its goals and objectives. Skilled
employees are considered as asset to every organisation and I can ensure that employees of
organisation are focused towards achieving goals and objectives.
Feedback
In this part of report feedback of people which have used products of organisation are
provided. These feedback could help Dobby Olive in improving quality of products.

Person 1 – According to me, Products of Dobby Olive are good and fresh. Company provides
product according to need of consumer and taste of products is very different which make
products of Dobby Olives different. According to my point of view company provides products
which are effective and good.
Person 2 – In my perspective, Dobby Olives products are good in taste and but the price of
products are little too much. Products are fresh and its taste make their products different from
other companies.
Person 3 – Products of Dobby Olives are average as company product of range is very limited
and prices are very high in context of products. Products are fresh but there is scope of
development in product range and company can focus on launching new products.
Person 4 – Products of Dobby Olives are fresh and company charges reasonable prices for
products. In terms of taste, product is excellent and its taste is very unique and different from
other products. Company customer support is also effective as it takes feedback from consumers
about products.
Person 5 – Dobby Olives products quality is below average as it charges high price for their
products and in terms of quality it is very bad. Products taste and smell is unique but due to its
prices product is useless.
Degree
As a individual, my business and communication degree would help me in understanding
about different aspects before setting up a business. Business and communication degree would
help me in understanding about need of skills and capabilities which I have to develop in order to
establish my business. Business and communication degree also helps in understanding about
importance of communication skills for an individual and how does it help an individual in
communicating its thoughts and ideas. Effective communication would help me in
communicating company goals to employees and conveying about mission and vision of goals.
Business setup needs efforts and resources which helps in business establishment. This degree
would help me in understanding about importance of effective planning and understanding about
different viewpoint which should be considered during business. Starting a new business would
need effective planning and quality product is considered important in success of business. This
degree would also help me in understanding about different theories and approaches which can
help me in setting up my business and important for my own growth and development.

Organisation growth and development depends on satisfaction of its consumers.
Consumer satisfaction help organisation in boosting its profits and it also help an organisation in
expanding its business. In case of Dobby Olives, consumer have provided positive feedback
which is important for organisation and yet no complaints is registered by any of consumers
which is considered as positive sign for Dobby Olives. Products effectiveness and efficiency can
only be determined by consumer satisfaction and it can be possible in terms of quality and taste.
In current scenario, Dobby Olives focuses on providing quality products to its consumers which
results in positive feedback from consumers. It also helps in understanding that consumer have
good experience with company and it would help organisation in retaining its existing consumers
and engaging new consumers with products of Dobby Olives. Consumers are satisfied when
organisation provides quality products with affordable prices and it is helpful for organisation to
maintain its consumer base. Expanding its consumer base would help in boosting organisation
profits and also help in expanding its product range.
