INTRODUCTION
It is very important for the individuals to manage their skills and abilities for
managing the performance of work. It is very important for the person to develop and
grow skills and abilities which will help in achieving the targets and goals of the
company. There is need of managing the skills for doing the different activities of
business. There are two different tasks in the given project. This will include skills
needed for managing the daily activities of student life. The second task includes
challenges and expectations of future of students.
MAIN BODY
TASK 1
I as a learner
There are various skills which are required doing the research activities and projects
in life of student. There are different skills within me for managing the activities and
tasks of different projects. Some of the my skills are references, reflection, numeracy,
reflection, preparation for interviews, transferable skills, thinking into character, formal
as well as informal emails, etc. I have to work in groups for managing the work
assigned to me. In our lecture, it is told by our teacher that plagiarism is a misconduct
and thus, it is not allowed for me to do any assignment by using plagiarism work. If I am
able to manage my work in proper manner. I am able to manage the work properly and
achieve the targets of organisation in specified time frame. In the session, I have learnt
that conflicts and fight must be avoided for managing the work. I have learnt and
developed various skills and abilities. I have to manage the doing of various research
projects and assignments by using my skills. It is essential for me to develop and grow
my skills and abilities for ensuring that I am doing great work. It is important for the
company to manage the work for doing the assignments and projects in given time. It is
very essential for me to skill and ability for doing great work. It is very important for me
to accomplish my projects in given time. I was able to achieve my goals and targets in
given time as I have good time management skills. This has helped me in doing
different activities and tasks which are given in the academic sessions. I have problem
in team management and working within groups. This was my weakness while doing

work in the universities. I have to focus upon various skills like presentation skills and
writing skills so that I am able to present the academic assignments and project for
getting good grades. when I was working in groups, I developed various skills which
helped me to develop ability to work in crops effectively and manage the activities
properly. I have understood that working in groups is very essential in today's era so in
future as I have to work within groups in companies, University is the best part in which I
will able to work in groups. There are different kind of projects which are operated on
different operating systems. Thus, it is very important to have knowledge about IT skills
as this will help in working on different operating systems properly and providing
effective results. If I want to become a good business manager in future, it is very
important for me to develop knowledge about new technology. I can also develop
programming skills and enhance my technical knowledge for doing the work. While
working in different groups, the most important step for me is to analyse the processing
of groups. Team building is the most essential skill required for me to achieve
organisational goals and objectives. While giving group presentations, I have learnt that
leadership is also a necessary skill which is helpful in managing different people
working together.

How and why I have developed as a learner
Learning styles
Learning style is known as the way in which the person is able to adapt things and
knowledge. Learning skills is defined as the tasks involved in adapting different skills
and knowledge like time management, reading, note taking, writing skills, study skills,
etc. (Olsen, 2016). I have reading learning style.
Communication skills
These are known as learning through communicating with others. These include using
various communication strategies which I use for managing my work.
Reading skills
The reading skill is defined as the ability to read. This is helpful for analysing and
managing the ability for doing great work and projects.
Reflective skills – I am able to manage different projects and some of these includes
writing reflections. I am able to do different work by using skills and enthusiasm. I have
learnt that it before entering into any e organisation, it is important for me to create an
attractive resume.
Time management – It is important to manage the time in effective manner for doing
work properly.
Digital literacy – This is known as the knowledge related to digital advancement.
Academic referencing - This is known as the references which are provided in projects
and assignments (Gelfuso, 2016).

CONCLUSION
It is analysed that skills development is the key for achieving goals and
objectives by the individual is less time. It is easy to manage the working of different
business activities of I am having a lot of good skills. Life of student is one of the best
life and in it, there are various opportunities for overcoming the weakness of one’s life
and achieving the goals. This helps in managing a lot of activities and tasks effectively.
Individuals working within the groups have chance to build their successful future. As a
student, there are various ways of knowing how to overcome the problems and face
challenges in effective manner.
