Personal Development is related to the activities which tends to develop capabilities of
individual and also build human capital as well as their potential. It also helps in improving
quality of life. By making development in personality, dreams and aspiration can achieved
easily. It is such type of process that continues life time of the person. The activities which are
perform under it, helps in developing talent as it leads to facilitate employability. To make
development in personality there is need to do planning first on the basis of reflection, values,
awareness, planning etc. with in the context of self employment, education, career. It is a
spiritual, mental, psychological, and social development with the ability to behave maturely in all
different situations that are exist in life. Various classes are start with smart trainers in different
location to serve the purpose of personality development because every one wants to look best ,
communicate well so that they can attract people with their personality. In professional life also
it plays a very significant role as every employer want that their employees must be smart and
have excellent communication skills. As these features helps in achieving the targets in life.

improving personality of an individual has been observe as vital element by everyone who
aspires for good personality to shape good scope for students in their future. The term personality
development is created by joining two terms first one is personality and other is development.
Word personality includes characteristics & qualities of an individuals. It is related to the way of
of interaction when we comes in contact of other person. Personality is the only thing that makes
us unique and supports to stand apart from group of people. To make development in personality
there is need to do planning first on the basis of reflection, values, awareness, planning etc. with
in the context of self employment, education, career. It is a spiritual, mental, psychological, and
social development with the ability to behave maturely in all different situations that are exist in

Professional development: It is the concept of learning that supports to earn and to
maintain credentials which are related to professional for example attending meetings &
conference, academic qualification and degrees related to formal course work. The process is
collaborative and intensive, as it develop ideally in the stage of evaluation. For this training of
candidate is to be continued and it also helps in keeping up to date as per current trend for that
there is requirement to develop advanced new skill. To renew certification, many professional
actually need personality development. As change in personality can be done by taking support
of programmes which are offered by corporates, employers, educational institutions etc. Topic of
professional development are specialized according to profession whether it relates to
healthcare, education, law, hospitality industry, journalism, media, etc. As there are so many
approaches relates to professional development like mentoring, technical assistance,
coaching,consultation, reflective supervision, lesson study. For career growth both skills and
knowledge plays significant role in the place of working. In professional life also it plays a very
