Question 1
In the first place I must say that the business leadership is a very important factor for the
success of my organization. My own field of practice is human resource and I have always
focused on understanding the most important issues for the needs of the customers and the
organization. I have found out that in order to be a proper business leader I will have to very
much communicative with my customers and the other employees. I have to follow the various
ethical approaches so I can lead the employees properly and maintain all the business ethics. I
must be able to develop the proper communicative skills that will enhance my ability to cope up
with the several challenges in the various business aspects. I will have to link my theoretical
knowledge with the real time issues that arise within the business context.
Question 2
One of the most important issues in this context is the various aspects of the business
leadership. It has always been responsibility to make the proper coordination with the employees
and improve the flow of work (Bratton and Gold 2017). I believe the democratic leadership has
much resonated me. This is only because I will be able to gain much knowledge from the point
of view of the employees as well. I will be able to collect the relevant information regarding the
several challenges that they are facing on order to work with our organization. I shall try to
arrange the programs for enhancing the advanced communication skills indeed. Earlier I believed
that it would be easy for me to communicate with the employees. Now I have found out that I
will need to change my perspectives about the leadership. This will surely help me to address the
difficult situations and get the proper feedback from the employees to improve the situations.

Question 3
I have studies through various concepts of leadership in my field of study. Now I am
experiencing them in the real life situations. This has been a very important learning activity for
me. My professional experience has always urged me to be communicative with the employees.
If I am not aware about their problems I will never be able to solve them properly indeed. This is
the reason I will have to communicate with them and arrange for the development skill programs
that will make me understand their different problems and challenges. This will surely lead me to
provide a better plan to develop the communication between me and the employees in the
professional practice and my relatives in the personal life.
Question 4
I have learned many things in my coursework. Now I will have to apply those things for
the betterment of my career and link them with the various theoretical frameworks. It is very
important to note that I have learned about the communication skill enhancement effective
service providing to the customers and such other things. The self-assessment is a very important
part of the coursework of the HR management (Huczynski, Buchanan and Huczynski 2013). I
will have to align it with my professional practice by designing the various programs by which
the employees will learn about their limitations and shortcomings positively. The ratings and
feedback statements of the supervisors will be the most important parts for the self-assessment of
the employees (Bratton and Gold 2017). I will have to work with my best efforts to achieve the
mission of my company. These steps of mine will aid to apply the coursework in the professional
experience.

Question 5
I have to study various things in my current module and my previous module. Both these
modules will have to be linked properly. The previous module has discussed about the various
capabilities of the human resource management and the current module will discuss about the
effectiveness of the personal development through the proper communication skill enhancement.
I must be able to link the two modules by maintain the proper communication between the
employees indeed. I will have to work in such a way that I can be able to manage my work life
and personal life in the best manner. I will have to find the proper ways through which I could be
able to connect with my employees and ask for their problems within the context of their
professional communication problems. I will have to find out the various challenges within the
organization so that I could go on to find the proper remedies. The action plan for the personal
development will assists me to link between the two modules.
Question 6
Some ethical and cultural issues have been the most important in understanding the
relevance of the communication skills between the customers and me. My view about the global
business is to maintain all the ethical approaches so the customers can be happy about my
services. I am of the opinion that all the employees from different ethnic and cultural
backgrounds should learn to coordinate and work together. This maintain of the ethical
approaches will be the most important issues in order to be effective in the global business
(Huczynski, Buchanan and Huczynski 2013). The business leadership will have to be directed in
a way that the employees can feel together. The communication between the employees will
have to be very smooth so the employees are not afraid to approach to the higher authorities for
any of their needs.

Yes, I feel I have been able to improve my skills such as my time management because of
this module. My aim has always been to improve myself as an efficient HR manager who will
take care of the employees in the best ways. The time management skills will have to be
improved by me so I can provide the best efforts to develop the services that my organization
gives to the customers. I have learned about the different ethical approaches in this module and
the importance of cultural communication. These things have improved my capabilities a lot
indeed.
