Question 1
In the first place I must say that the business leadership is a very important factor for the
success of my organization. My own field of practice is human resource and I have always
focused on understanding the most important issues for the needs of the customers and the
organization. I have found out that in order to be a proper business leader I will have to very
much communicative with my customers and the other employees. I have to follow the various
ethical approaches so I can lead the employees properly and maintain all the business ethics. I
must be able to develop the proper communicative skills that will enhance my ability to cope up
with the several challenges in the various business aspects. I will have to link my theoretical
knowledge with the real time issues that arise within the business context.

One of the most important issues in this context is the various aspects of the business
leadership. It has always been responsibility to make the proper coordination with the employees
and improve the flow of work (Bratton and Gold 2017). I believe the democratic leadership has
much resonated me. This is only because I will be able to gain much knowledge from the point
of view of the employees as well. I will be able to collect the relevant information regarding the
several challenges that they are facing on order to work with our organization. I shall try to
arrange the programs for enhancing the advanced communication skills indeed. Earlier I believed
that it would be easy for me to communicate with the employees. Now I have found out that I
will need to change my perspectives about the leadership. This will surely help me to address the
difficult situations and get the proper feedback from the employees to improve the situations.

that will make me understand their different problems and challenges. This will surely lead me to

I have learned many things in my coursework. Now I will have to apply those things for
the betterment of my career and link them with the various theoretical frameworks. It is very
important to note that I have learned about the communication skill enhancement effective
service providing to the customers and such other things. The self-assessment is a very important
part of the coursework of the HR management (Huczynski, Buchanan and Huczynski 2013). I
will have to align it with my professional practice by designing the various programs by which
the employees will learn about their limitations and shortcomings positively. The ratings and
feedback statements of the supervisors will be the most important parts for the self-assessment of
the employees (Bratton and Gold 2017). I will have to work with my best efforts to achieve the
mission of my company. These steps of mine will aid to apply the coursework in the professional
experience.
