overcoming the efficiencies through preparing a significant schedule for the same.

can be conducted for auditing own leadership as well as management skills. This study also
concludes that a personal development plan can help in developing several skills as it includes a
significant plan for developing skills that have to be overcome. Lastly this study concludes that
