3.1 Factors which impact on the creation of organisational vision
While developing vision it is important to predict the future market condition. This helps
in analysing the factors that can affect business performance. Moreover, it shows a roadmap on
which business must grow. There are several factors that is as follows :-
Honesty- It means that how organisation is fulfilling the needs of customers. Also, what differs
in their product that attracts people towards it (Lussier, and Achua, 2015).
Flexibility- A vision must create a path on which business have to go on. It must be flexible
enough so that it can be changed according to market condition. This will affect organisation to

3.2 Different approaches to developing vision
A vision can be developed in various ways. It is because vision development differs
upon type and nature of organisation (Bolden, 2016) A customer should also better understand
the vision of company. For this different approaches are followed :-
Hiring marketing expert- It is common approach of developing vision. A marketing expert will
analyse market condition and companies products and services. Then accordingly he or she will
help in creating a vision statement. By this a specific vision can be developed that will help in
growth of company. Also, expert knows what are the needs of customers and how they can be
fulfilled. Besides this, they regularly communicate with them to identify their needs.
Surveys- This approach is expensive and takes a lot of time to develop vision. But by this
people needs are identified and give an idea to produce product (Goleman, 2017). A survey
results briefly describes on what path business must go on to become successful.
3.3 Factors which impact on the communication of vision to external stakeholders

and how it will satisfy their needs. Also, what products and service they are offering and which
