PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN (PDP)
PDP is defined as the approach or method to set goals, priorities, self assessment and
evaluation of individuals so that their personal and professional development can be boosted or
achieved. The learning's in my first semester as well as activities outside the university gave me
valuable learning. Thus the below PDP will help me to perform self evaluation and to enhance
my professional and learning efficiency.
