INTRODUCTION
Personal development plan includes with different activities and aspects which are
acquiring contributed in enhancing self identity and knowledge. It create talents as well as make
human capital or employability (Adedokun and et. al., 2013). It is important for them to
maximise their quality and standard of life. In addition, personal and professional development
plan involves towards composition of aspirations and dreams. This report includes about
individual weaknesses and strengths and it will assist them in investigation activities. Thus,
coursework that highly emphasis on different parts which must be enhanced so as to accomplish
long term goals and objectives within predetermined period of time.
TASK 1
It is important for the person in order to assess their weaknesses and strengths effectively
so as to create enhancements as per this in particular areas. In other word, PPD plan supports an
individual to take an effective judgements and render them career development and progress in
limited period of time. This plan is prepared by a single person with motive to maximise their
career growth and success.
It can be finished by doing an effective and proper investigation on the specified matter
and collecting necessary data which is needed and plays an important role to achieve better
results. They are not able to collecting data but also evaluating the same in regards of the critical
condition (Allen, 2013). Further nature of the problems provides a better opportunity of the
specified reason that the outputs in expected positively.
Strength: Main strength of mine is problem solving which assist me to solve all critical
issues and problems effectively. Really, more practical report I am made to think in winning into
consideration, it show market condition, immediate scenario of company and individual
participate in them that will decidedly enhance our problem solving capability. Further, my
adequate leadership and management quality, it is important for me to know the reaction of
group and taking appropriate decision for the success of company. Strong leadership and
managerial quality support me to achieve long term goals and objective of organisation. As I am
worked and performed in a group since different years, so my another quality is team building
which is more effective (Chawner and Oliver, 2013). Also performed in an effective group for
conducting different programmes during my education in university as detailed advance. As a
team member part I will maximise time management quality which support me to improve my

personal and professional plan. Also knowing our duties and responsibilities in the group will
enhance our different quality.

Weaknesses: Through my lack of communication, I am unable in order to interact with another
person, it outputs I cannot identify their wants and requirement in an effective manner. Such
type of quality also impacts on may career growth and success. Another, my research quality is
poor that impacts on my decision making skills; therefore I cannot acquire competitive or high
cutting benefits. Strong research capability render to achieve maximum data regarding
marketplace (Gunn, Hearne and Sibthorpe, 2011). Time management skill of mine is not better
that highly impact in completion of all activities and tasks of company in allotted time period. In
other words, poor time management quality highly influence my capability to take appropriate
and quick decision regarding business operations.
SMART Objectives: It is important part of the each and every life which are explained as below:
 To enhance my perform and work to acquire better outcomes by applying my strengths.
 To enhance my interpersonal as well as communication quality as I can transmit with
other peoples in an easy manner. From the same, I should acquire English spoken classes.
 Better time management quality assist me to manage entire work and activities
appropriately.
 I also have to enhance my investigation knowledge so as to acquire maximum skills
regarding marketing and sales. Therefore, they can get different tools and techniques of
marketing.

Not taking is identify as an effective and essential kind of quality which processed by an
individual in order to gather necessary data in an effective and significant manner. It will
specifies that a core of information or data is that which mind is free and having a proper record
of everything. It is important skills which help them identify needs and requirement of every one.
With the help of this quality everyone is free and tell different thinks in an effective and
appropriate manner (Herbers and et. al., 2012). With the word listen, such kind of things learned

It is something which can assist in learning such kind of quality in better way and
therefore it is easier for the individual to working effectively. As per this aspects, this type of

my weakness and strength, it was highly needed to enhance my communication and research
ability which can assist in delivery a easier working in enterprise as well (Soria, Fransen, and
