INTRODUCTION
Personal development plan includes with different activities and aspects which are
acquiring contributed in enhancing self identity and knowledge. It create talents as well as make
human capital or employability (Adedokun and et. al., 2013). It is important for them to
maximise their quality and standard of life. In addition, personal and professional development
plan involves towards composition of aspirations and dreams. This report includes about
individual weaknesses and strengths and it will assist them in investigation activities. Thus,
coursework that highly emphasis on different parts which must be enhanced so as to accomplish
long term goals and objectives within predetermined period of time.
TASK 1
It is important for the person in order to assess their weaknesses and strengths effectively
so as to create enhancements as per this in particular areas. In other word, PPD plan supports an
individual to take an effective judgements and render them career development and progress in
limited period of time. This plan is prepared by a single person with motive to maximise their
career growth and success.
It can be finished by doing an effective and proper investigation on the specified matter
and collecting necessary data which is needed and plays an important role to achieve better
results. They are not able to collecting data but also evaluating the same in regards of the critical
condition (Allen, 2013). Further nature of the problems provides a better opportunity of the
specified reason that the outputs in expected positively.
Strength: Main strength of mine is problem solving which assist me to solve all critical
issues and problems effectively. Really, more practical report I am made to think in winning into
consideration, it show market condition, immediate scenario of company and individual
participate in them that will decidedly enhance our problem solving capability. Further, my
adequate leadership and management quality, it is important for me to know the reaction of
group and taking appropriate decision for the success of company. Strong leadership and
managerial quality support me to achieve long term goals and objective of organisation. As I am
worked and performed in a group since different years, so my another quality is team building
which is more effective (Chawner and Oliver, 2013). Also performed in an effective group for
conducting different programmes during my education in university as detailed advance. As a
team member part I will maximise time management quality which support me to improve my

Weaknesses: Through my lack of communication, I am unable in order to interact with another
person, it outputs I cannot identify their wants and requirement in an effective manner. Such
