Personal Development
A personal development plan is crucial when it comes to the advancement of the career
of an employee (Weyer et al. 2015). It helps in satiation of the needs that are associated with the
growth of the employees in the future. The career development plan helps in recognising the
elements that must be contributed when it comes to the realisation of the aspects that help in the
advancement of the employees in their desired career path (Haider et al. 2015). Hence, one must
be able to identify the skills that can help them in the realisation of the ultimate goals with the
help of which they can achieve career growth. The following section will critically evaluate my 5
year career plan. I am hopeful that the latter will help me in development of a career path that
will not only help me in identification of the path that will be help in gaining favourable nature
of outcomes while I would be associated to a professional atmosphere. I have decided that I will
take one year at a time incorporating activities that help in the contributing step by step toward
the goals that will help me ensuring that I have a favourable career ahead of myself.

From the above table it is evident that I have been able to identify skilled according to my
personal needs. This will not only help me in identification of factors that affect the sustainability
of my career, but it will also help me in progressing along a favourable career path. I am aware
that I will be able to gain effectiveness in identification of the skills with the help of which one
would be able to gain favourable nature of outcomes regardless of the phase of development that
I would be in. In accordance with the career goals, I am sure that I would be able to gain
effectiveness in operations that will help me in not only advancing in the desired career path. But
it will also ensure that I am able to identify the needs associated with the satiation of my self
actualization needs. Thus, the 5 year plan will help in abiding by the issues that can help me in
gaining favourable nature of outcomes while I operate in my future career.
Strengths and Weaknesses of third party CV

Strengths: The CV that is being adjudged is precise and communicates directly regarding the
core orientations of the individual whose CV is being adjudged. The individual has been able to
highlight the skills sets the individual apart from other individuals and have also been able to
highlight the core objectives that they abide by and that they aim to gain when they are part of
their future organisation. The individual has been successful in presenting the roles that they
have been associated to and the requirements that they should contribute towards in order to
satiate the latter work related goals.

major flaw of the CV is that the educational qualifications have not been provided.
Skills gained
There are various course that I have been associated with throughout my educational and
professional career. The latter have not only helped me in identifications of the necessary steps
that must be taken to succeed in my professional life and can also help in development of
understanding that helps in gaining favourable nature of outcomes in whatever field that I am
associated to.
I was associated to the Ikoma Language School, Singapore from late 2016 to the end
2017. I had joined the said course so that I am able to develop my core competencies as a
marketing manager and communicate effectively. As mentioned in the personal development
section, I have stated that communication is a core point of focus. It is a crucial part of my 5 year
communication plan as it is a crucial element. Hence, the course helped me with the
development in terms of communication competency. I will continue to develop the same and
ensure that I am able to communicate effectively as my role would demand the same.
BSc marketing at the RHUL is helping me in developing ideas about marketing and its
assimilated activities. This course coupled with the certification in finance computing and airline

Hospitality management would help me in gaining favourable rapport with the employees and
the customers, and it would also help me gaining understanding about financial insights. In the
current business environment, the latter are aspects that can be deemed to be crucial and that can
help in maximisation of the competency of a marketer. I have also been able to gain ideas and
knowledge regarding various digital platforms that can help me in developing ideas about
general nature of proceedings that take place and that must be complied with in order to be
subject to favourable nature of outcomes in order to ensure a favourable career.
