INTRODUCTION
Every individual have their own quality, traits and characteristics which differs them
from other person in the world. Effective skill, quality and traits can aid to individuals in
attaining their life goal in an effective manner. On the other hand lack of quality and skills may
create barriers in growth of the individual personality. In the organisation context, personnel’s
requires high quality of skill and talent so as they can perform their roles and responsibility in an
effective manner and achieve their determined target within a time. Thus, it can be said that
personal development of individual is very important so as they can improve their skill and
professionalism in their life. The following report is based on the personal development plan
under which an individual make the planning for develop their skill, knowledge and quality for
specified objective in his life.
MAINBODY
Personal mission statement-
 I have impressive physical looking through which many people get impressed to me and
influence to interact with me. My voice sound is so sweet which assists in my
communication skill.
 While i seem to be challenging to other people then i try to analyse myself and identify
most effective skill and talent which i have most as compare to other. I show my
uniqueness in front of other and try to perform better as compare to other. I never
demotivate and discourage while i seems to other as challenging performance. It just
challenge for me to perform in more effective way as compare to other.
My parents and my friends mostly asked
for attaining the Bachelor of business administration course. They mostly communicated about

the topic of education. They always talked about my future planning in the employment field and
asked about existing performance in the education. If money was not an issue and failure was not
an option than i would like to spend my life in that country which is full of peace and where lots
of opportunity to grow my personality like employment, education, etc. I want that kind of job in
which less pressure of work and high scope of earning. I want to go outside of the country where
i can learn something new and spend time with other countries people and learn their culture,
value, beliefs etc.
Personal vision statement-
I want to become successful business manager in the reputed company through which i can
utilise my all knowledge and skill about the business management field. I have successfully
accomplished my MBA previous course in high score in the class and also successfully attended
internship training in the reputed retail organisation in the UK. In addition, my effective skill,
quality and existing knowledge about business and management studies can assist me in servings
in the life.
SWOT Analysis
Being a student in the collage, i have major objective is to gain the highest score in the
class and develop my skill, quality and knowledge about my education field. In order to develop
my personality, I need to consider my own competency with help of SWOT model which are as
follows-
 Strength- Being a student of Bachelor of Business administration my major strength is
my effective communication skill through which i can easily interact with other and
describe and transfer my message to other. In addition, i have effective technical skill
which assist me in preparing a report and project about my BBA courses and enhance my

research skill to learn something new on the internet. I can also prepare presentation for
the management topic by use of computer.
 Weakness- My major weakness is my time management through which many time i a
unable to accomplish the assignment and task within a time period in the collage.
Another weakness is my lack of effective decision making power under which i am
unable to take the right decision by analyse the situation.
 Opportunity- My opportunity is to attend the high level personality development training
in future which assists me in improving my personality. My another opportunity to get
the high reputed Job in the reputed company through which i utilise my all business and
management related knowledge and skill.
 Threats- My major threat is bankruptcy in the future and loss of finance aid.
