These are some of the things that I intend to include in my portfolio. These have been carefully
selected seeing the present requirement of my personality and the needs at this point of life.
Communication Skill
Communication skill is an important way of connecting to people and here I am not only taking
communication skill in terms of professional life but also how I interact with my loved ones in
my personal life.
Time Out
Time out is very important and it must be practiced by people as it helps in maintaining a balance
between work and personal life. Often, with growing urbanization the people are burdening
themselves with a lot of work and this has completely abolished the concept of spending with
oneself. When you are alone with yourself there is self-evaluation working within you that helps
in decision making.
Software Learning
Technology has made our lives easy and one of the targets that I aim to achieve is to learn
software that will help me in making my life easy. Often we go about doing small things
manually and this takes a lot of time which can be utilized elsewhere. This can be done by taking
a few classes or asking the learned in IT sectors about it.
Limit Technology
Although I am saying that the use of technology must be promoted in learning to operate devices
and software, one cannot deny the fact that technology is not something that is healthy and
overuse may result in obesity and lethargic body. In order to maintain a healthy life it is
important that I limit myself from technology and do not let it consume a lot of my time. At
present what we see is that the children as well as adults are spending a lot of time in socializing
through cell phones which is not a good sign.
Diet
As a person a whole lot of functioning pattern is related to the kind of diet we are into. Diet plays
an important role in making us realize our goal but we hardly realize the importance of it and
munch on unhealthy food items that go down to slow us in our daily struggle. A good food not
only makes the body healthy but it also boosts up the mind to take up more challenges in life.

Meditation helps in connect with the spirituality within us. The definition of spirituality is
different for each of us and we all must meditate in order to realize that spirituality as it helps in
calming down mind and body. Indian Yoga too is helpful in getting sound results and has been
accepted in many countries as the standard body workout. Having a light workout session 3 to 4
days week will ensure that your professional career is stress free and does not make you
stressful.
The present time is stressful and having a developmental plan will help in cutting down on
unnecessary confusion.
