Introduction
A career in the public health domain has tremendous prospects in the UK (Briggs, Fisher &
Cooper, 2015). An individual with a degree in public health can apply for varied locations in the
private sector as well as in the public sector. However, each position requires qualification along
with specific experience. Public Health in England entails strategic leadership and vision to
protect and improve the health of countries. A professional in public health need to develop a
personal plan that is able to strengthen their practice in public health. There are various standards
and indicators of public health practitioner, where competencies are included and hence the
practitioner needs to follow. Practioner need to reflect their knowledge, understanding, and
application of the various standards present (Thorpe, 2015). These standards include various
aspects of ethical practices that are provided for the purpose of public protection. The levels of
Public Health Skills and Knowledge Framework 2008 of UKPHR include such levels,
qualifications of which needs to be included. In this current personal Development Plan (PDP),
career aim will be;

The PDP has been designed to encompass various career goals and aim such that it can easily be
attained. As a professional in the UK Public Health Sector, I will need to develop competency
framework, so that I can create maximum impacts in my career. I have decided on becoming a
leading professional in the public health domain. I have ascertained my career goal and aims in
tune with analyzing the potential opportunities existing in the UK. There are multiple private and
government-sponsored institutions, which appoint professionals from the public health domain
(Anderson, 2015). Through hard work and determination, I will aim at creating a supportive
environment for the public health force systems. There are many challenges currently that are
presented in the public health sector, which includes the determination of a disease integral in the
public health domain, ways to deal with such diseases and bring about a change. A public health
professional has a good opportunity to develop a competent and experienced health expert. I plan
to become a Public Health Analysis in a very future professional role. A Public Health Analysts
provides a range of services across public health institutions (Regmi, Bendel & Gee, 2016). As
an expert in the field of public health, I will be responsible for effective information and
information services that offer general benefits. Risk Consciousness Intelligence (RFI) is in the
Health Intelligence group and tries to offer a new perspective on how risk factors affect health.
RFI experts are involved in many areas, particularly in the field of data analysis, interpretation,
and labor. As a professional, I will create a number of important social networks, interactive
tools, reports and data, and restrictions. I will try to understand concepts for reducing risk

Employees above level 5 can have more work experience. Due to comprehensive knowledge and
skills, this is not necessary. At level 5 can be seen that they have several examples that can be
done, as the recognition of professional qualifications. It might emerge to be difficult as a guide;
experts should try to find the best evidence for each indicator (Cole, Sim & Hogan, 2011).
Sometimes professionals provide the balance between the portfolios of assets represented. The

applications, and trials in the United Kingdom.
International commitment is underlined by the concept of the health system, which I aim to bring
about within my country. In the UK, it is believed that investing in the healthcare system to make

Evaluating my skills and knowledge in the domain is integral to arrive at my levels of
competence. Especially in public health systems, my knowledge is lacking. But this knowledge
is important for public health. Most importantly, I need to understand the illnesses and diseases.
As a domain for permanent health is extensive within the social purview of care (Briggs, 2015). I
had to study to improve my public health knowledge. The evaluation of the success in my studies
had to be determined in the class; I am an average hard-working student. I want to learn more,
which can help improve my performance for the better, in order to improve my understanding of
public health. The chosen profession or career is the public health analysts I chose based on our
present capabilities. Analyzing the public health domain, there are several factors that need to be
defined before treatment is performed (Gray & Evans, 2018). From a variety of career
opportunities and job accessibility, I chose analysts based on my knowledge and ability to
evaluate tasks. There are several forms of public health, and I have chosen a career in critical
public health, so I have to carry out a number of studies during the studies. In order to become
public health analysts and start my chosen career, I must complete the course of public health
and get practical experience. There are several topics that include physics, chemistry, biology,

and psychology, as well as a few other topics that I need to study before completing the course
(Rahman & Wills, 2014). At the end of the theoretical course, I get practical experience in which
I can learn the skills of professionals. To be a public health expert I needed skills, analytical
skills, ability to provide the services properly and the ability to handle stress. As because there
are times when stress has to be treated in the job role. The public health professional carries out
several tasks and is the most important mediator between the physician and the patient. The
public health is the primary responsibility for managing the patient's tasks and communicating
with the patient's parties. Public health analysts should be regularly informed about the latest
regulations, regulations, and changes in the latest health scenarios. Looking at the roles of this
career role shows the different skills that a healthcare professional should practice and practice
constantly. In case there are any gaps in my level of knowledge then I need to undertake relevant
courses in order to understand the same (Shickle, Stroud, Day & Smith, 2018).

must remain faithful and compassionate, providing services to patients. Vision and focus, public

professionals to ensure recovery. This public health is the only person to talk between a patient
and a healthcare professional. A public health needs to be teamed up to provide services and help

are strengthened. Organization and efficient operation of supplier organizations are very
important as well as a commitment to performance. There are many aspects of service delivery
but there are problems affect local leaders and are not immediate issues for decision makers.
With the rapid development of epidemiology and technology, many health systems are seeking
to rebuild hospital services to achieve more efficient and effective consolidation services, the
creation of centers of excellence. Combination of community care and hospitals for better
treatment of chronic diseases.

In the UK, there is an increasing immigrant population, which demands that public health experts
know a variety of different languages. Though I am often able to understand varied types of
languages I am not able to speak in a varied type of language. This might hinder in my procuring
a job as a public health expert. But demographic developments in the region, with a lesser
portion of the population studying the domain of public health, I stand a good chance. In this
regard, so I can find more work for myself. As the right opportunity to work for my specific task
functions that have access to various online portals, and there is. I hope I get GBP 30,519 to GBP
32,000 a year starting salary. Below is a salary trend chart from Indeed which reflects the growth
of salary of Public Health Manager with increasing investment of the Government in health care.

Analysis of the current papers provides a list of activities for jobs for experts in public health.
However, they need to adequately care for the patient to have considerable knowledge and skills,
and provide special attention. This aspect of the job is to service and assists patients and provides
more space for the provision of public services. I saw it as a career, and I have the opportunity to
serve the public. The majority of professional registered public health experts regardless of the
health of the patient and unable to fulfill his influence on recovery. They often neglect their role
and often end in rude behavior. However, I was very good at taking over this role. I have the
capability to handle critical patient’s cases and also to provide assistance to the institution due to
my leadership capabilities.

A public health analyst is a link between public health and personal services. In recent years, it is
important to create basic care models for people in combination with public health models in
society. Closing these two parts is more difficult. Therefore, it is the endeavor to provide health
care to care for the entire population rather than individuals. The model requires the
identification of the population, generally beyond geographical boundaries and epidemiology,
and measures to improve the health and well-being of communities and individuals. In this
model, both individual patients and the community are subordinated to care. There are also other
tasks I like in the Happiness Smiles project (promotion of health promotion based on primary
schools) that affect a large number of people who are valuable, do not need or use interventions.
For example, students were not introduced outside the normal state system. The reasons for
normal education can be bad for all health professionals. Therefore, I used the National Smile
Month (NSM) to treat children enrolled in school. As a result, thanks to the time, Happy Face
has managed to cause a serious loss of oral health in the population. An objective group like
NSM 2013 wants to cause diseases among those who believe most patients. Complex problems,
oral intake can be associated with high treatment and then use the purpose of free people.
The domain of public health has become more and more complex with increasing divergent roles
of professionals. It is due to the increasing number of patients who need useful packaging or
surgical procedures as magicians. They found that losing weight is a problem. Therefore, people
tend to eat more because socio-economic factors are needed. Therefore, they have to look for
cheaper food. Second, because of the loss of jobs in the region, social segregation is not due to

In order to improvise my abilities and areas in which I lack skills, I will undertake practice. It is
possible to use the language of the economy in the health system. This is a fundamental issue
that decision makers must solve in all health systems. Impact on the needs and expenses of an
aging population, in case of a longer lifespan. Expenditure is concentrated near death; hence a
longer lifespan includes transmission costs. On the other hand, if older citizens live longer than
before worse health, more morbidity and health consequences might emerge. Therefore, many
observers focus on behavioral changes, because it ensures good health for the future and lower
health costs. Particularly obesity and associated chronic diseases have been shown dramatically.
Impact of the quality of future costs for care and service is tremendous. Taking care of all health
systems related to demography and economic development is essential. The technical context is
another important context in the health system. Innovations related to the provision of healthcare
services. As a doctor, the above-mentioned tools and techniques can be examples of an
information technology that offers new forms of service and is profitable. The challenge in the
health system is to increase efficiency and possibly cost reduction for existing patients. My aim
will be to work towards providing benefits not only to my organization but also to the
community as a whole.
