INTRODUCTION
Personal Development Plan is the procedure of creating an action plan which is based on
values, awareness, reflection, planning as well goal setting related to the development of
personal in relation to the education, career, relationship and self improvement. Their is process
process of forming this plan along with this it involve several activities. With the assistance of
PPD particular person can identify their strength and weakness as well overcome with the same
in better manner (Beausaert, Segers and Gijselaers, 2011). Below mention report is explaining
that how area of development is identified. Apart from this, process and activities used for
designing the plan. Moreover, way to come out from the weakness is also explained.
TASK
1.Identify area of development, the process and activities used for designing personal
development plan
Personal development plan is the procedure of forming an action plan which is based on
values, reflection, awareness, goal setting and planning for enhancement of personality in
relation to the career, self improvement and relationship. This is also known as individual
development plan and personal enterprise planning as well through this an individual can
analyse strength, weakness, opportunity and threats. Moreover, it is observed and analysed that
interpersonal skills are improved to which scored around 56 % but several areas are still left that
are required to be improve that are explained below –
English Speaking & Writing – I do not have appropriate English speaking and writing
skills because my grammar is not good which create problem in framing sentences. It is
necessary for me to work on my English speaking skills and to reduce grammatical errors also.
Problem Solving – This ability is very beneficial to sort out various minor or major
issues immediately in proper way. It is required for me to put more effective efforts and learn
about practical theories which are helpful in solving problems appropriately.
The which need development is identified by me while I was doing self study at that time
I analyse that there are several areas of me which need improvement (De Vos, De Hauw and Van
der Heijden, 2011). Because at the time of the same activity there is requirement of several skills
at that time if I faced several difficulties. So I take decision to frame personal development plan.
Moreover, there is proper process of the development plan which is mention below :-

Know Goals and aspiration of life – Every individual want something in life for
achieving these things there is requirement of identifying that goals but these should be
realistic. Do a SWOT analysis – Their is requirement of understanding own strength and weakness
so that area of improvement can be identified in better manner. Understand what would be the best available option – Now in this step best techniques
is utilised which can be latest technology, software and many more. So that individual
can come out from weakness in better manner and learn several new things related to
own development. Through research in extremely important – It can be conducted with the assistance of
friends and family as well along with their guidance also (Kukulska-Hulme, 2012). Be patient enough – At this stage 100 per cent efforts are required from individual so
that better results can be gained. Implement new learnings in daily life – Newly acquired skills must be implemented in
day to day life of individual so that regular feedbacks can be gained related to it.
Do not get demotivate – If the outcomes is not positive in first try then there is
requirement of giving some time don't get de-motive with negative results.
Activities supporting Personal Development plan :-
Learning about own so that can support career development.
Planning, setting and accomplishing personal targets of effectual professionals and
autonomous learning.
Continuous PDP development in daily work life.

Learning style of every person is different from the each other. Several persons recognize
that every individual prefer the various learning techniques and styles. If learning style of an
individual will be positive then in this case that individual will think in a positive manner and it
will help in develop the better strategies in an effective manner. Learning style is range of
contested as well as competing theories that motive is to learning the individuals. At the time of
designing strategies, top management take care that all employees can understand the strategies
and work accordingly. I usually prefer the self learning style in order to learn the new and
different things. My personal learning style will be affected if there will any kind of change will
achieving these things there is requirement of identifying that goals but these should be

3) Time management strategies that use in personal life
Time management refers to procedure of planning as well as organising the time that
spend ion the particular activities. It is necessary to manage all activities on the basis of set time
period. There are many different types of time management strategies such as have dynamic list
of task, focus on valuable activities, stop procrastinating etc. But my time management strategy
is to do quality work in minimum period of time and reduce the interruption. These are the two
main strategies which I use in my personal life. These all the time management strategies are
help to me at the time of executing the personal development plan in an effective manner. If
time will be manage according to the activities then in this case there will not any difficulty
faced by company. It will helps in implement the personal development plan at workplace in a
proper manner.
CONCLUSION
From the above assignment it has been concluded that Personal development plan is
important in individuals life for identifying strength and weakness. So that, individual can easily
come out from their imperfection and take strength as an opportunity for career as well as entire
life.
