Personal development plan and personal creative plan is the document process in order to
analyze about the personal reflection and the honest official of the individual. It is very important
for the people to conduct a skill audit in order to design personal development plan which help
them to identify their strength and weakness. As this report going to study on the teamwork
personal creativity and on scheduled theories that help the individual to build effective teamwork
in order to get more opportunities and how to develop personal creativity plan in order to get
more opportunity in the future(Altstiel, Grow and Jennings, 2018). Moreover, this support going
to considered psychometrics and several studying business management so that this theory assist

Personal development plan any theory help me to build and increase my skills in order to
make my future bright and also help my team members to become more creative in order to get
more opportunities which support and assist as to develop our self in order to get more success.
The personal development plan helps us to enhance our skills in which I am lacking(Bennett and
Burnard, 2016). In this report I am going to conduct several theories that support me in my team
members to it in hands my skills in order to get more opportunities and to make my future bright
so that I can become much successful and overcome the challenges which are facing by me.
REFLECTION on Team Work
The teamwork skill and teamwork is a very important for the individual and for me when
I am facing any kind of challenge. It helps to take several information about the any decisions
which made by me in order to perform several activities in a very appropriate manner.
Teamwork skills is very important to get that all the team member and classify and categories the
work accordingly in order to achieve their targets in a very appropriate manner. It also helps me
to motivate my team members in order to operate and perform in a very effective manner with
the team spirit of the development and enhancement(Collins and Cunningham, 2017). As at the
time of representing myself I am required to make a factor team so that I can gain more effective
and amended ideas so that I can overcome the challenges and get several competitive advantages
in order to become more effective and enhance my performance and productivity. At the time
when I am facing any kind of challenges are required to develop competent in team in order to
present the things in a very attractive and appropriate manner.
Tuckmen theory for teamwork
Forming: This is the first stage in the theory in which the leaders of the team leads their team to
develop their skills in order to get opportunity and enhance their knowledge. I adopt this step as a
manager or as a leader in order to enhance knowledge of my team members so that they can
fulfill their roles and responsibility in a very appropriate manner in order to perform well.
Storming: This is this step in which the appropriate development of the connections between the
team members and leaders in order to perform several activities in a very effective
manner(Gladilina, 2019). For this is States I am going to applied several strategies in this
challenges that are helpful for me in order to concentrate on the particular balls and objectives
and avoid emotional issues.
Norming: The basis of this step I am going to use this challenge in context of enhancing and
developing a small decision and hand over them to my team members and classified their work
accordingly so that they can work with unity and according to their interest.
Performing: In this step I am going to develop several new strategies so that I can perform this
strategy in a very appropriate manner for the interpersonal development of my team members
and of me (Wattanacharoensil and Sakdiyakorn, 2016). In this step There are several strategy

includes like decision making problem solving skills discussion and communication with my
team members in order to take appropriate decisions.
Action Plan
Specific The major objective of need to enhance my appropriate skills and competencies in
context of perform the task with the full potential so that I can get several opportunities
and success in my future.
Measurable In context of getting opportunities and success I am required to enhance and develop my
communication and several skills by using several Strategies and appropriate use of
vocabulary so that I can perform with full potential and in very appropriate manner in the
group working activities so that I can enhance my teamwork and communication skills in
a very appropriate manner(Yum, 2016).
Achievable In order to achieve my targets and goes which are decided by me I am require to
appropriately research about the famous Strategies and approaches as which is discussed
in a project to about the practices of Management and about the financial and market
performance and importance of staff shareholder consumer and the key stakeholders in
the company which create good impact on the company that are all important for me that
are all important for me to identify and two practices on the management career in order
to get appropriate opportunities and overcome the challenges which are facing by me. In
order to get more information I am going to research about several theories and resources
that will also support me to collect information about the practices in management
process(Sawyer, 2019).
Relevant It is going to represent are the factors of development of information and skills that are
very important for me and for my career to get appropriate opportunities by contributing
several efforts in order to enhance my capability and to accomplished my task in a
allotted time period
Time bound 4 months are required to learn all the skills which are needed by me in order to get
opportunities and I want to become capable to perform every task with full potential so
that I can get more success.

opportunities and success and overcome the challenges facing by me in order to become more
effective and efficient to perform every task in a very well mannered with appropriate and
amended teamwork skills.

to assess a applicants about their personal traits and about their knowledge and skills. This will
going to allow the person to build a personal profile and to analyze that the profile is matching
with their company's culture and requirements. Metric test also provide overview about the
person that how they perform in the test and they are capable to perform in the workplace or not.
This will go to support the individual to finding appropriate candidate for the job In order to

perform the roles and responsibility in a very appropriate manner(Harris and de Bruin, 2019). In
psychometric test interview for the examiner generally consists series of time questions and
generally conduct numerical and verbal or logical questions in order to identify the thinking
capability of the individual. Here is a example of psychometric test which help me to learn about
these things and to pass the psychometric test in order to get more opportunities and become
capable for the job.

In order to pass a psychometric test it is very required for me to do online practices that will
improve my understanding of the questions and the types of selections of the answer. After
required for me to do research about the types of questions which are put up in the psychometric
test and understanding the truth questions by using several tools in enhance my thinking

my better future and for my enhancement.

and models going to support the person to evaluate about their weakness, strength, opportunities
and threats and become much aware in order to become successful and improve their weakness

about the psychometric test which help the person to improve their skills and become ready
