1. Defining values pertaining Personal together with professional development
Concept of personal along with professional development is considered as a process that
engages people as well as business in learning process for meeting challenges addition to
attaining desired goals (Boud, 2012).
Personal development refers to improving talents, competence, knowledge and potential of
an individual within as well as out of the location where they work. Likewise, professional
development is defined to enhancing necessary abilities and skills for performing roles in best
effective manner so to continue them throughout working life (Cashwell and McKibben, 2018).
2. Short goals
Goals of an individual that they prefer to attain in near future are described to short term
goals. These are more valued as the works a milestone in journey of a person to reach towards

3. Medium goals
Goals of a person which takes bit longer time are called as medium-term goals (Carriveau,
2016). Values of such goals are more because these are aligned with long term goals and makes
