Personal development is the process of improving one's skills, capabilities,
and learning in order to improve one's standard of living. It assists in achieving
desired goals as well as professional advancement, which involves education,
employment opportunities, and other factors. As a result, the ability to live a happy
and fulfilled life is enhanced.
Professional Development, on the other hand, enhances the capability of
necessary skills and information for success in the workplace. It also focuses on the
necessary improvements to reach the intended outcomes. As a result, these
innovations leads to long performance and advancement.

Setting a goal is a crucial step toward achieving desired objectives. Short-
