INTRODUCTION
A personal development plan is basically a document which facilitate systematic
information about how an individual is going to develop personally, academically and
professionally in a more effective and better manner. Thus, the primary reason for developing
current PDP plan is to enrich personal capacity as a learner.

On the basis of above plan it has been analysed that persona development plan plays a vital
role in improving the skills and personal competencies of an individual. A summarisation can be
made that PDP mainly comprises of 4 stages which involves personal analysis, gaol setting,
