INTRODUCTION
Personal developmental plan is a set of the plan that is analyzed for the development of
the individual by the improvement in the skills, weakness and work on the opportunities to the
achieve the career and the future goals. It is also known as individual developmental plan or the
employee developmental plan (Rolfe, 2021). This is a developmental plan that is used for the
developmental for the career goals to be achieved. For the implementation of the personal
developmental plan it needs a lot of timing and planning. Continuous personal and the
professional developmental plan is an ongoing process for the development of the individual
professional skills that will help in the development of the professional skills that help in the
future. The aim of the report is to develop the personal developmental plan by analyzing the
SWOT of the individual and the aims and the objectives are to be set and the reflection is to be
given.

Personal development planning is a plan that is to be developed by the individual for the
creating the action plan for the development or improvement of the skills that helps in the higher
education and the also in achieving the career goals. This developmental plan is for the self
improvement that helps to achieve the career goals. It helps to improve the self confidence in the
individual so that they can achieve their goals with the use of the effective skills and the
capabilities (Fetisov, and et.al., 2019). Categories for the personal development that is focused
on are personal skills, personal growth, power, improvement, empowerment, personal analysis
and the personal objectives.
