INTRODUCTION:
Personal development plan is very important and effective for the people in order to
improve their skills and knowledge in effective manner. The present report is based on the
personal development plan. This report will analysis by the personal analysis with the help of
SWOT analysis. This will sets by the SMART objectives for achieving academic goals. At the
end of report will shows the personal objectives.
MAIN BODY
Part 1 – Personal Analysis
In order to complete personal analysis here is select SWOT analysis which is help to
him for identifying their area of development in effective manner.
Strengths Areas for further development
Creative skills which is help to him for
making projects in better manner.
With the help of time management skill he
have great chance to complete their on time
(Bukharina, 2018).
Communication skills are powerful skills

have target my lowest class average for raising overall grade (Lejeune, Beausaert and
Raemdonck, 2018).
Medium term goals (next 2-3 years)
Got successful job on the basis of highest academic certification as well as use my

Longer term goals (beyond 3 years)
Become a successful business man by building effective and useful business at market
