INTRODUCTION
Personal and professional development refers to the development of human which is
there can help and provide the development growth and development in personal and
professional life. This is the one which is able to provide different learning which is there
throughout the career of person. This is the one which is able to improve the mental along with

life along with potential in work environment. Aim of this report is to understand the role of
personal development planning which is there using the personal development plan along with
outlining aim and objectives for professional development (Hodges, 2017).

Focus of personal and professional developmental plan is the one which is there able to
create an action plan that is for future which includes consciousness, reflection, strategies for
future and different beliefs. This is related with their career which can help them to learn
different things in different time that can help in future as development in career. There is always
some need to improve the skill which is there for future and for continuous improvement which
is certain field. There are different areas in which there is need for the improvement which is
there for the personal and professional development (Dam, 2020).
Professional development plan refers to some guidelines which need to follow and are
related with some specific skills and education which are there for the advancement in carer
along with professional growth. Personal and professional development plan includes some
specific strategy which are they focused on enhancing skills of individuals in relation to carry
forward in future. As per their skills and learning, personal and professional development plan is
there which can help to get better advancement in their personal and professional life and able to
assist in continuous improvement which can lead to better quality of life (Syafitri, 2018).

Example 2- I need to stay fit and in relation to this, I need to join the gym which can help
me to stay fit.
