Introduction
Personal development planing introduces to the process of developing an action plan that
is mainly based on reflection, awareness, goal-setting, values and planning for personal
development in the context of an education, relationship, career or for self-improvements. This
report cover three parts that includes current existence, skills and learning goals and ways for
achieving that goals (Dahmarde, Khodabakhshi and Rad, 2018). Therefore, personal
development plan is important for the growth and success of an individual. Personal
development plan uses for career growth and development in life. Main purpose of creating
personal development plan is to identifying the own strengths and weakness.
Part A
I identify my different strengths and weakness that helps in my course. I am good in
different areas such as time management, decision making and presentation. All these are
important skills in my career growth and development. With the help of time management skill, I
become able in completing all activities or tasks within given time period. My decision making
skill is also excellent that help me in making effective decision in any situation. I am excellent in
presenting any tasks or activities effectively and systematically.
I also identified my weakness that negatively impact over my career growth and success.
I am weak in various areas including stress management or written communication and different
areas. All these are biggest weakness that have impact on my career development as well as
growth in negative manner (Grit, 2019).
Therefore, I am now in this areas that impact on my personal and professional growth or
development. These strengths and weakness also impact on my future career in positive as well
as negative manner. I tried to improve my weak areas by developing personal development plan.
This plan will help me in overcoming of my weakness effectively and within less period of time.
Part B
There are different types of study skills that I have. These are time management, note-
taking, reading, test preparation etc. These are important study skills for my career development
and growth. With the help of time management skill, I can easily complete all tasks within
allotted time period. This turn to impact in my personal and professional growth in positive
manner. Note-taking is another important skill for me that help me in enhancing my knowledge
