INTRODUCTION
Personal development planing is the most important concept in context to the personal
and professional skills development along with goal setting and practices for its achievement
(Lejeune, Beausaert, and Raemdonck, 2018). This involves the multiple steps of the analysis,
awareness, value creation and reflection through which person can make an effective personal
development plan related to their career objectives. Business management job roles are
involving various task works and duties due to which individual requires to possess all essential
professional skills. In this report personal development plan is going be develop with aid of
reflective analysis of personal and professional skills.
Personal Development Plan
This helps to design and effectively achieve the personal and professional goals by
helping to consider and develop some essential personal professional skills (Körkkö, and et. al.,
2020)(Sichula, and Sichula, 2020). This focus on the development of some important skills and
reaching to the professional goals with that. Such as for becoming business manager, individual
have to work on their management skills and develop that skills experience through which they
can attain their objective of becoming successful business manager. PDP is divided into three
steps that design, execute, review. PDP design is involving further more four step under that,
such as the goal identification, identification of the learning area and finally the validation of
PDP design. Process of PDP execution is involving the personal development, coaching,
development of experience, formal training (Prasad, 2020). Then final step is reviewing for the
skills development and achievement by every year, six month's.
PART 1
Personal Analysis
I am very passionate about getting success in every place of my life most essentially in my
and professional carrier to make it more beneficial for by future. I am doing my study in the
filed of business management and working part time as a assistant business manager. For
managing the effective balance between academic study's and job role accomplishment, that is
important to have or develop, improve some personal and professional management skills such
as the time management, well-being and communication skills. I am good in the

communication skill and managing to positive well-being but I am not good at the time
management. I decided to become business manager due to my internal strength which
encourage me to manage different work roles and task within the application of by effective
communication and team management skills. This passion and skills is developed by the help
of my year study's, projects, training and management experiences which I have been
developed by performing in various project assessment of business management. Currently I
am working as the business manager assistant, which is running smoothly due to the help of
some outcomes which I have achieved from my previous courses, such as the quality of well-
bing skills and communication skills are my strength helping me in the effective management
of my career, as an outcome of may previous courses. I am good at the communication due to
which I am effectively leading my team and I know the importance of well-being which I have
learned from by academic year which helps me to manage positive and effective well-being
environment in work place. There was the huge opportunities and threat in previous academic
year which help in the learning and development of various things along with the analysis of
my weaknesses. Which I have been analyse within my academic year assessments. There was
the huge opportunities in the college which helps me develop my skills and analysis of my
weakness, such as the industrial exposer, group project, group leading task and presentation
works. All these factors was the grate opportunities of personal and professional development.
During my academic year project I analysed that I am good in he communication and team
management but I need to improve my time management skills along with well-being because
in that point I was not performing good, I was giving the good results but, taking lots of time
for that. So there is need for time management skills development along with well-being
improvement.

Setting Goals
Smart goal
This is the most important tool of PDP helps in the effective identification and setting of gaol.
Agronomy of SMART is stand for specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and timely
(Körkkö, and et. al., 2020). So this model is incorporating this criteria to make effective goal

Personal skills- Individual have to posses some important skills which play important role
in both personal and professional life. I have analysed that I need to work on some of my
personal skills improvement.
Self-confidence- I want to work on improvement of my self confidence by making the
more effort on pushing myself for taking responsibility and making the right use of
supportive skills for performing more confident. I want to achieve this within 3 month's.
Assertiveness- In both personal and professional life attractiveness is the quality which
helps to get success in life (Boyce, and Ville, 2017). So I want to work on this in order to

Personal management skills- As a student and professional worker I have to work on by

Log A(week 1)
In first week when when I started taking training for the time management and professional
development. I introduced to other team members of the training program and then I got the
brief explanation if time management along with its importance. Then after that class I went to
the professional development class where I again met to the team members after which teacher
give us the brief explanation of professional behaviour and attractiveness along with some
examples. Such as teacher has explain that appearance the body and movement of the hands
along with voice during the PPT presentation, teacher explained the relevant way of body
appearance during the power point presentation. In last day of the weak I applied these factor in
my office work PPT presentation, which was very effective and helpful.

Log B (week 3)
In second week I take part in the business sustainability programmes from where I learn about
the different approaches of sustainability and well-being. Such as I understand the importance
of team working, that how the combine efforts of public, customers, organisation and
government can helps in the environment sustainability management. Then is understand the
importance of circular economy in context to which I have to make innovative steps. For my
academic performance that is important to be effective in time management because I have to
attend all university program along with the management of my study's. In first day of the theirs
week time management training I learn the importance of planing, goal setting, removal of the
irreverent task and effective prioritization of tasks. I applied this knowledge in my professional
and academic task management I achieved success in time management of my office work and
academic projects.
Log C (week 5)
From the starting of my PDP I had the training for interview, that who to effectively give
interview with effective professional behaviour. Which is helping me to attend higher job
profile interviews. I have developed multiple skills which can be further improve with the
selective time period which has been select for the goal achievement. Currently I am evaluating
the progress by analysis my academic and job role success. Recently I got the opportunity of
getting senior manager in one of the reputed company.
CONCLUSION
From the above study it has been concluded that in-order to became success in the personal and
professional life. Individual have to continuously work on their personal and professional skills
development by making the effective application in order to develop the experience for further
more knowledge of right step.
