Personal development and planning is crucial process for creating an effective action plan

manage difficult task in appropriate manner. Along with this, reflective journals are mentioned in
this report which contribute in improving learning skills of a person. In addition of this, SWOT

goals and objectives in effective way. Team work is important in which more than one person
comes together for attaining common goals in systematic manner. In addition of this, some time

As per my analysis, I have good communication and motivation skills but I am less confident at
the time of providing guidance to my team members. Thus, it is important for me to improve
my skill to build better coordination among all the team members and also improve my
knowledge to provide them better guidance. In addition of this, I also take feedback from my
team members towards my working activities and at the same time also take feedback from my
seniors to improve my skills. Tool kit also help me in evaluating my core skill and knowledge.

In this, I am less confident at the time of communicating with my team members so I fail in
motivating them towards the organizational goals and objectives. Along with I also not much
