In the life of learner or student the plan of personal development assist proper
guidance to the structure and well as promote the skill and knowledge in their
learning process. That is why this will aids in accomplishing more significant manner
for developing more career opportunity. This will show in student learning path as it
will increase it productivity as well as performance at greater level. For effective plan
of personal development there must always a proper set up of objective through
which one can achieve its goal in respect of personal and professional goal of career
(Abbas, 2020). In the career of the University, more skill, knowledge get modify in
order to raise individual strength remove all the weakness that may act as a
hindrance for improvement of employability and academic skill. This will also raise
morale of the learner in finding more career opportunity based upon interest with the
help of personal development plan. The report aims towards detail discussion in
respect of personal and professional development plan. The report also combines
value of three span that is short, medium, long term goal with example. It examine
plan of personal development.
2. Definition of the concept of personal and professional
development
The development of personal and professional is the most effective process
through an individual or organisation must participate in the process of learning so
that it can easily meet established desired objective and also overcome the
challenge. This is mainly attached with the development need of the learner on the
basis of individual or group. This will concern with acquiring by examine existing skill
so that individual can prepared itself when its implement its personal development
plan (Altbach, 2019). This act as self management of individual learning process for
generating more potential opportunity for future. It is also count as continuous
improvement in their learning process so that it will develop more skill, knowledge as
well as competence. The ultimate personal development valuable goal leads to raise
more engagement in the process of student learner. It will strengthen in depth
knowledge for proper understanding in the working place so that individual can
improve the level of performance in the work place through its active action plan in
structured way. The main focus is to create optimum utilisation of skill improvement
in creation of more opportunity. It will leads to convey communication while
accomplishing aim through advance career opportunity so that more alternative
options will generate through optimum utilisation of competence skill. It will generate
more career options so that one individual can reach from starting to its potential
reach at its career.

goals identifying at least 3 personal examples
The short term goal aids personality of the individual so that it will improve
efficiency and the effectiveness of skills so that one individual or student learner

can grow its career. The ultimate aim of the short term facilitate individual for
creation of better opportunity and in depth understanding related with the near
future so that it will accomplish personal and professional career path. The short
term goal mainly concern with the fulfilling value of student learner in count of
upcoming future (Leki, 2017). This is associated with the accomplishment of the
short term objective that covers near about short span of goal. It will leads to
communicate and competition particular target in the life of student that is short
period of time while fulfilling future oriented. This is the main reason to completion
of short period of time in respect of aim or objective. Most of the student are more
attentive so that they can achieve short period of goal that aim towards career
growth. Example such as student of finance want to learn Excel in period of 3
months to upgrade its skill. This will count as short term goal example-
 Doing daily task routine in form of more organise punctual way.
 While attending seminars with the motive of personality development.
 Record of daily journals in business.

term goals identifying at least 3 personal examples
Medium term goal mainly leads to completion of goal within the period of 8
months. This will refers as more than short period of goal but less than long period of
goal. It will establish completion of actual goal so that individual can gain more
valuable information in starting stage of personal development plan of short period of
time (Daniel, 2020). This count as high level version from short period of valuable
goal. This will act as more useful as well as beneficial as career goal of medium
period will complete on established time that is 8 month. This type of goal ultimate
aid the individual so that it can aid in fulfilling long period objective and leads to
improvement for career opportunity. This will push the confidence level and moves
towards long period of goal so that successful business or career can sustain.
Example such as student of finance wants to raise its knowledge level in term of
financial book keeping records of accounting.

goals identifying at least 3 personal examples
Long term goal covers high level of knowledge and skill with the ultimate aim
so that overall goal will gets completed in the near future vision that is approx 2
year. This will complete both perspective academic and career goal so that
individual can work in more effective and organise manner. It will facilitates
complete step for appropriate planning in the movement of the alternative career
growth enhancement. This will ensure growth in order to increase capability for
deciding appropriate decision in respect of future growth. These king of goal are
much number of attainable for example student of finance wants to established
own financial firm of accounting.

Development Plan
The personal development plan is one type of written document that covers self
reflection for career improvement. This also consist of action plan with the
achievement of academic, personal, aims or objective that is totally based upon the
career (Dinçer, 2017). The plan of personal development is mainly concern in
workplace in which all material of study as well as work are identify for the fulfilment
of strength and weakness. It will ensure optimum improvement for the career goal.
The ultimate purpose of the plan is to develop alternative career option so that
individual can personalised its action for fulfilling career goal. The value of personal
development plan provide optimum direction to develop work suitability for overall
maintenance towards career vision so that each individual can established accurate
plan for its career beneficial. This will support appropriate planning that is utilise in
business and made advance level of career. This will act as a best utilisation
standard education around with self development to the advance level of
consideration while organising own actions. This will lead to cover or improvised
creativity, self interest, personal achievement with enthusiasm through
accomplishing specific need or the path of development that is processed in the
positive and favourable mode.
