Definition of the concept of personal and professional development
The Personal and professional evolution refers to the strategic plan which is
developed for increasing knowledge and skills by which a person can get more
opportunities. It is the process consisting of growth strategies(Allen and et, al., 2019).

The Short term goals are those goals which needed for fulfilling in small span
of time helpful in increasing morale and workers interest(Carlucci and et, al., 2018).

PDP is the statement of actions and techniques followed by person by which
they turn weaknesses into strengths(Ortner, Grapes and Stoney, 2021). It consists of
plan helping in work on strengths and weakness. PDP reflection is as below-

Purpose is the source helping in defining the goals of management and info
