Task One:
Definition of the concept of personal and professional development
The term person as well as professional development is being stated as the process by
which an individual or a firm gets acquainted within a specific process of acquiring new
things. This assists in achievement of professional as well as personal targets in a set time
period.
Description and discussion of the value of short term goals identifying at
least 3 personal examples
These are defined as a bridge that minimizes the gap for the attainment of long term
objectives. Generally, these are such targets that are assumed to be attained in a short period
say within a year.
