The personal development plan is considered as a tool or technique that help in increasing
skill or knowledge of an individual person of organization at both personal as well as
professional level. Therefore, it is necessary to improve skill that is significant and important in
both professional as well as personal level. It provides allowance to the individual person to
increase the efficiency or accuracy in an effective manner. Hence, they are capable to improve
their skills or knowledge in professional world. Thus, in this assignment, the specific personal
development plan must be improve by considering different elements of skill as well as
knowledge that is given. There are different kinds of short term as well as long-term goal that
must be achieved in timely manner (Band, 2017).

The whole concept related to personal as well as professional development is based on
basic factor that is improvement in skill or knowledge of an individual person in most
appropriate manner. The improvement of having superior skill, knowledge or talent is considered
as a very significant and it increase the skill in both personal and professional level. Hence, it is
necessary to increase the knowledge and skill of an individual person such as communication
skill, level of confidence, critical thinking skills and many more. In context of personal
improvement plan, there are different kind of official or formal task and the skills and knowledge
must be improved in good manner. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the quality at both
personal as well as professional level that helps the individual person in growing accordingly.
The improvement in personal development plan will allow an individual person to increase their
skill or knowledge in more reliable manner. It helped the individual person to make appropriate
plans that help in overcoming from different type of issues or errors in most reliable manner.

communication skill, acquiring new management skill which is going to be mentioned below:
Managing time the first and significant goal that must be considered by an individual
person is handling the time in most reliable manner. In present time, people across the whole
world perform task in particular job. Therefore, it is necessary for an individual person to
manage time in an appropriate manner. For managing their job in an appropriate manner there
are various types of error or problems occurred. Hence, Managing time is considered as the most
important goal that must be improved or developed in personal as well as professional skill at
workplace (Bayraklı and Hafez, 2016).
Communication skill the communication skill is considered as a most important which
must be improved in personal as well as professional level. In present time, there are various
persons comes from different backgrounds and perform their work together in order to
accomplish the goal and objective and timely manner. Therefore, for understanding people in
better manner, it is important to have a superior communication skill. In addition to this, it is
necessary for an individual person to increase communication skill in order to achieve short term
goal in timely manner. Apart from this the individual person must interact with other person in
an effective manner that helps in increasing their confidence and motivational level at workplace.
New management skill plays an important role within business organization. It is
necessary to bring changes in management skill for performing their work in an authentic way.
The knowledge regarding innovative skills related to management help an individual person to
execute their task within an organization in an appropriate manner. Hence, the acquisition of

Better my work skill it is necessary for an individual person to increase their skill in
order to perform their tasks in an appropriate manner. There are different types of people across
the globe that focuses on performing their tasks related to job in most authenticated manner.
They focus on increasing productivity level within business organization. Hence, for increasing
productivity level within business organization, it is significant to determine their interest before
performing any kind of task within job. Therefore, it is necessary to achieve medium term goal in
term of increasing skill related to perform my work in better way.
Grow up in my career in present time, the different types of people across the globe
who are little bit confused regarding their career. Therefore, it is necessary for me to grow my
career that is helpful in future period of time. It is significant to select superior career path during
completing graduation. It helps in increasing skill and knowledge in an appropriate manner and
increasing skill in both personal and professional level. Hence, improving career is considered as
an effective goal which must be achieved in timely manner (Miracle, 2016).
Start correct job after taking training during period of graduation, it is necessary for an
individual person to select proper job during particular period of time. It is necessary to increase
skill or knowledge that help in finding correct job which will be beneficial for an individual
person in future period of time. Therefore, it is necessary for individual person to grow their
career in future period of time.

The long term goal is considered as a significant objective that plays an important role in
whole life cycle of an individual person in most reliable manner. A long term objective is
considered as a much more difficult as accomplishing short term objective because for achieving
long term objective it is necessary to have time to achieve it. These types of goal are too difficult
to achieve it in timely manner. There are various people have different point of view in relation
to long term goal. It totally based upon how well individual person understand themselves and
how they consider the reason for achieving long term objective during the particular phase of
time period (CHAN, TAN and WAN, 2017). Therefore, it is necessary to improve the long term

goal in an appropriate manner for increasing success or level of productivity in future period of
time. There are three example of long term goal which is going to be mentioned below:
Enhancing accuracy while performing work on a specific job, it is important or
significant to increase the level of accuracy that help in performing work in an appropriate
manner and also achieve favorable outcomes. In addition to this, individual person required to
make appropriate strategy and tactics that help in increasing accuracy level of assigned task.
Therefore the professional skill or knowledge of an individual person can be enhanced in an
appropriate manner.
Being an expert for becoming an expert in every task, it is necessary to give training to
an individual person that help in increasing their knowledge or skill. In addition to this, it is the
duty of an individual person to gain more and more skill or competence in order to perform the
task of organization. The expertise will assigned task within job that must be achieved in timely
manner (Thomas, 2016 ).
Change my work position for taking promotion in high level, it is necessary to have
experience and also possess skills or competence in order to perform work in an appropriate
manner. The individual person focuses on performing their work in an appropriate manner that it
is only possible through having high level of skill and knowledge. Therefore, it is necessary to
have the experience or skill or knowledge in order to reach to a high position in future period of
time.

The personal development plan is considered as concept and this cannot be discussed in a
specific section. In past years, the formation or uses of personal development plan help in
improving career progression or development in most reliable manner. It is necessary to perform
the work of research in most appropriate manner by having necessary skill and knowledge. In
past times the PDP suffer different kind of issues or errors in both personal and professional life.
Hence, it can be recommended by experts make uses of personnel and as well as professional
development plan in more reliable manner that helps in increasing skill or knowledge according

profession development plan in order to achieve smart goal in timely manner. The objective must
be is specific to provide proper direction to achieve it. Their emphasis is on goal that must be
measurable. In addition to this, the main purpose is to achieve the goal in timely manner. The
objective must be reliable and it helps an individual person to motivate towards goal and clarity
in goal and objective is necessary to achieve it in timely manner.
According to the point of view of(Lejeune, Beausaert and Raemdonck, 2018), personal
development plan helps in achieving short term, medium term as well as long-term goal in timely
manner. The author also provide a suggestion regarding increasing their skills and ability in
order to achieve this goal in timely manner
According to the viewpoint of (ELLIS, 2016), the person development plan is important
for building skill and boosting career in an appropriate manner. For maintaining person
development plan, it is completely depend upon the honest review in which specific person is
superior or in what field the individual person is not considered superior. Therefore, this plan
helps in increasing weakness and provides the direction to individual person to achieve goal in
timely manner.
