INTRODUCTION
In terms of personal and professional development it is defined as a main concept which
helps in maintaining as well as carrying own learning and understanding of a person across
whole career aspects. It is very much needed that an individual carries all necessary projects and
activities in order to expand certain abilities along with the cognition by ensuring that they

development. The below report is based on the development of an individual which are being
enlightened throughout the career. The report includes idea of personal and professional
development, value of short, medium and long term objectives, personal development plan
followed by conclusion.

Idea with respect to personal and professional development
With respect to personal development it is described as various types of tasks and
activities that helps in elaborating the capableness of a human being and its potential through
initiating employability, human capital and so on. Besides this raising the quality of life as per all
dreams. It is very much essential for an individual to evolve themselves across complete life
journey. There are several aims regarding personal and professional development which provides
different benefits to an individual in order to maintain and pull off the entire learning phase and
at the same point of time diverse growth opportunities throughout the line of work (Hidayati,
Waluyo and Winarni, 2020). It becomes very much significant for a human being to properly
learn in order to ascent overall accomplishments and capabilities along with the knowledge and
besides this ensuring that they would carry out the work both in a legitimate and economical
way. It is needed at all aspects because it is advantageous in enlarging different talents and
abilities that are on the far side of present professional role that provides more value to
employees. There are different ways which can be accommodating in maintaining both
professional and personal development and it is being explained below: -ï‚· Designing and setting up clear goals which are in accordance with what is exactly
