INTRODUCTION
Academic skills these are those type of skills which makes different experiences to be
developed over academic criteria that makes sustainability attained during its academic year.
Under this learning experience, study material with various strategic tool is been covered through
management. Under this skills and improvisation with studies is been read. Academic skills
make personal and professional development possible by making goals and objectives achieved.
Regarding this various experiences which is related to studies and professionalism is been
covered through enhancing knowledge with skills. In this report personal and professional
development plan is to be discussed. Also short term, mid term and long term goal is been
covered. In the end sources over evaluation over forming development plan is explained in the
end.
TASK One
a) Provide definition about both personal and professional development
Personal development plan means that plan which makes personality development
possible within common terms. In this steps and process is been followed over improvising upon
development of an individual.(Hong, 2021).
b) Describe about value of short -term goals and give three examples regarding it.
Short term goals are those goals which is having time period of 12 months. These goals
consider as those goals which makes aim to be fulfilled of an individual (Drogomyretska, Fox,
and Colbert, 2020).
Following are three personal example that has been given below:
For attaining of some recognized certification over knowledge which is professional in
nature.
For purchasing an new headphones from saving or salary.
Also improvement of communication skills is been done for which public speaking is
required.

Medium term goals are those goals which is there for maximum of three years and
minimum of one year. In this goals makes both personal with academic skills developed within
