INTRODUCTION
Personal Development planning is process of analysing the individuals skills and
knowledge subject to execute task and projects in well managed order and plan (King, 2012).
This report defines the individual skills and the various ways through an individual can develop
in other areas. There is an idea of fundraising for teenager cancer research undertaken to analyse

challenges and problems that were faced by the team while deciding the market in terms of
gathering the information form various sources. As per my perspective, deciding the search area

mainly associated with the research project.
I played a supporting role to assist the activity, gathering the relevant information and
details to form the plan and task was the major requirement of business done form my sight. I
examine my skills subject to fulfil my task and projects. I used following skills as operational
challenges of others, communications, dialogues and the ability to interact effectively with team
members. Creative ideas, group discussion made subject to interpret the information and data for
effective use and implementation. There is a proper support and analysis done to elaborate the
business in more effective and crucial manner.
I assisted in campaign and promote healthy food and consumable for good and healthy
life. The main objective of the activities was to aware public for healthy food. I assisted the term
to provide required information and resources required to assist the individuals in the right
direction. There is a particular support system is developed to create ideas and plans in more
effective and creative way. My role was to bring cookies and drinks for team mates. There are
typ of strategies and plans was created form my sight to evaluate the plans and strategies for
developing plans in significant form.

There are type of management problems and challenges come across throughout the plan
in terms of managing the operations for the research (Sen and Grown, 2013). It is seen that there
was a communication gap found while addressing information and data form one place to

managing the task. A set of performance and goals are developed to account and validate the

It was found that there was lack of relevant information in my case to validate and assist
the activity for further. By creating the desired criteria it was decided to reconcile the process

communication system and skills are the major elements considered at last stage.

The activity carried out lots of learning and opportunities to grow. Communication and
collaboration was the key skill which was carried out in terms of managing the department and
section in the right direction. For further assistance, it is seen that the project mainly associated
with deriving the skills and subject to accumulate the changes improvements. I learnt that how
self evaluation and implementation of skills leads to accomplish the individual aim and objective
of business. I become able to identity my self analytical skills, presentation skills and
management authorities for developing the strength and derive the skills in more significant and
effective manner.
A theory is created to develop through which an individual can develop different skills
and knowledge by utilize various opportunities. It is seen that there is a particular deviation and
measures found to elaborate the changes in more specific and strategic way. I observed that how
self evaluation helps to understand perspective of other without any specific clarification and
justification.

There are type of learning skills to be developed subject to develop the team skills and
building strong infrastructure of business in more significant manner (Arnett and Tanner, 2016).
This is an combine evaluation done for developing the skills and management for granted the

Communication skills: with effective communication it is observed that organisations
are required to form a new infrastructure for build up a viable path to execute the information.

manner to execute the plans and procedures. It is observed that when cumulative efforts are
developed than the skills automatically developed in more authentic way.
Time management skills: by evaluating individual skills and management it is
understood that how deliverable skills and management are mainly associated with deriving the
knowledge in more better manner.
IT skills: There are some skills are also developed in terms of deriving the skills and
management for more better and effective manner and it is observed that in major portion it is
considered that more precise skills are developed for better succession of work.
All these are the major learning which I gained by studying at university.

Various areas are there which is identified during managing various activities and developing
team skills. Proper coordination subject to form over a period of time. This mainly helps in
developing the skills and development and determine the essential aspect in terms of developing
the structure and development of project and development of strategies and plans.
Proper direction and guide is required for developing the skills to assist the required
strategies for better formation and control of activity and plan. There are various kind of area
where person develop their skills and knowledge such as in communication field and in the
information technology area. Both are weak so person need to develop such area in an effective
and systematic manner. There is a particular transaction and management techniques are used to
develop the basic skills and requirements of business in more significant and effective manner.

PDP plan plan is mainly used to merge the required key fields and consolidate all the
essential information more significant and effective way (Dicks, 2014). A PDP plan is a format
of deciding the deadline and marketing criteria to develop the skills and development. There is a
PDP plan is prepared to cover up the skills as motivational skills, team working, Decision
making skills.

essential document in current Corporate Scenario, where people are not told to speak for
themselves, rather being analysed though this document. In this developed area is team working
and planning which help an individual to complete all activities and tasks in given time period.
