develop certain academic as well as professional skills. Personal development enhances level of
confidence of an individual which further improve overall performance. The present report is
about personal & professional development. Further, goals are also significant & provide
direction to individuals to embark the efforts in right direction. Goals related with different time
frames such as short, medium term as well as long term has also been discussed in the following
report. At end, personal development plan with suitable strategies & resources for coping up with
weak areas has also been included in the following report.
