Introduction
Personal development plan has a very crucial part in the entire life of the people as it
also supports them to make their capabilities as well as different set of skills more enhanced.
They are more able to accomplish the specific objectives and goals in their personal as well
as professional life. In addition to it this is the method which provide assistance to the people
in order to make them effectively as well as efficiently learn as well as maintain the condition
of their working more suitable (Meissner, and Shmatko, 2019). Moreover to this the
following report will cover about the self reflection on the personal development and
personal learning as well as of the transferable skills. In addition to it it will also cover about
the detection and reflection on the method for development and learning personally Moreover
to this will also cover about the detection of the skills that are transferable which are
developed at the time of attending the specific module. Furthermore it will also involve skills,

1.0 Self-reflection on personal learning and development, and the transferable skills
Personal learning - It refers to the techniques which basically provide assistance in
accordance to understand as well as know the personal experience of the people. In addition
to this it has already being understood that at a time of study I am more effectively and
efficiently be more capable to learn and I have also evaluated that there are few capabilities
which has the very essential part for me in getting the suitable job role. (Karupu, Oleshko,
and Pakhnenko, 2021)
Transferable skills- This type of skills involves Leadership skills, communication
skills, decision making, interaction, management of time and various more capabilities which
can be utilise in different type of the job roles. In addition to this there is requirement of
obtaining different capabilities and you just work on different assignment in efficient and
effective ways so that the operation can be effectively maintained and accomplished. This
type of capabilities will also provide assistance in the shipping of career and getting the
suitable professional life.

Learning is the method which provide assistance to the people in order to
make them develop their skills and capabilities and a person should have the capability as
well as discipline in order to understand from the Efforts and time which they have given.

life in accordance to me the suitable method in order to understand and if actually learn is to
self study. In addition to this I also agree to the facility that is basically concentrated in
teaching More effectually in the educational institution. Moreover to this by focusing in the
lessons that are thought in the class can be more helpful and clear and because of this I can be
more able to grab the concept of the topic. I also need to focus on doing the self study which
will Make me Learn more effectively and understand the lessons in order to get in depth
information. Moreover to this the utilization of this type of data will assist me in making my
understanding and knowledge more better and strong and it will also provide support to me in
analysing regarding the elements that I am not able to conveniently grab and understand.
This is also required in accordance to conduct personal sort evaluation which will assist me in
evaluating my strength and weaknesses effectively and efficiently. It will also assist me in
reducing the impact of threat and weaknesses in my professional and personal life and it will
also support me in enhancing the level of skills and capabilities which will assist me in
getting the good grades in my akademik life (Grigoryan, 2020). Moreover to this in order to
be more dedicated and disciplined I focus on making a suitable time management and
timetable which assist me in prioritizing my required things done effectively.

module
Transferable skills are very essential for all the people in order to adapt and learn that will
provide support them in impacting there future life optimistically. The set of capabilities and
skills are needed in different types of the professional and personal life either it is in career of
the people are in there other activities. In addition to it skills are of different types which can
be critical thinking, time management, researching and many more skills. At the time when it
has been understood that a people has interacting effectively with others in the organization
or in the personal life it gives motivation to others in order to develop the similar type of set
of skills in their own personality so that it can assist them in adapting and learning as well as
growing their professional and personal life (Tan, and Laswad, 2018).

1.3 Skills I would like to develop during my academic studies, personal life and the
workplace
At the time when a person is pursuing its akademik studies then that individualism
requirement of several different set of capabilities and skills that can provide assistance to the
individual in completing their assignments, obtaining suitable grades as well as interacting
with others effectively. Moreover to this it can support me in my education, research, making
suitable projects and assignments and many more. I am entirely required to adapt skills of
time management in order to focus on maintaining my personal life with my education life
and focus on completing the activities in accordance to the need of it (Aubakirova, and
Zeinullina, 2019). There are other several different skills which can assist me in my education
that is critical thinking, team management and collaborative working these can be obtained
by me by focusing on the programs of university and taking participation in several different
