Reflection
Reflection is concerned with having a thought about experience that an individual have
had and writing about the experience in a systematic manner that outlines learning through
experience. This module has been a very important experience in terms of learning and
individual development. Participation in module supported me in learning and development
skills and knowledge (Gibson and et.al., 2017). In this model time in task management skills
communication skills efficacy and taking responsibility teamwork in group work reflective
learning were included.
All these skills are very important for personal development and I also learn importance
of different skills for growth. Overall experience that I have had in module is very positive.
Online classes allowed me flexibility and at the same time it supported me to become self
disciplined. Through the participation in module I learned planning daily activities and task and
completing them on time. Along with this skills like communication skills efficacy and taking
responsibility also played very important role in developing my personality. Time management
enabled me to realise how important it is to manage time adequately in order to complete all the
task at given time. Time management is also important so that every activity can be completed
efficiently on given time. Communication skill was also the topic covered and I learnt how I can
improve my communication skills. Efficacy and taking responsibility enabled me to learn how I
can efficiently fulfil my responsibility. Regarding teamwork and group work while learning this
is in module idealized what are the aspects that can help me in improving my teamwork skills. I
realised that teamwork is not limited to completing once part or given task while being in a team
but it is making adequate contribution in discussion as well as supporting other team mate
(Tsingos-Lucas and et.al., 2017). I also learnt about reflective learning in which individual learn
from their experience. Reflective learning is very important as learning through reflection make a
significant impact and because of this retention increases and comprehension becomes very easy
in learning. Among all the skills and topic that was covered in module most beneficial session
for me was time management. The reason is that time management session changed my views
about how are used to perceive time management. Through this session I realised how crucial it

is to effectively manage time not just to complete activities on time but also to be successful in
academic as well as professional life.
Overall it can be said that the experience was very good and provide it significant
learning in terms of skills and contributed in improving personality. Skills that I learned during
module are also important skills for employability of individual. This means that having these
skills increases possibility of an individual to effectively perform in employability related
competition.
Concerned with practical application of skills I have learnt during module it can be said
that these are certain skills that are important for academic as well as professional success of
individual (Robbins, Onodipe and Marks, 2020). Along with this and these are certain that does
not require any specific event or condition to utilise this skills as they can be used in day to day
life of individual.
