Reflective statement
Without choosing and using appropriate model or framework of reflective writing,
individual may not be able to reflect their own learning, understanding and experience that they
may gain while doing particular practice or taking part in any process (Adeani, Febriani and
Syafryadin, 2020). Here, I choose Gibbs reflective writing model to describe achievement of
study and employability skills.
By using this concept, I want to describe my personal feeling and learning that I had
learned during module which contributed to my achievement of study and professional skills. I
had taken part in current module and collect data regarding human resources profession that is
quite progressive and successful field for individual who tend to start their career with this. I had
gained unexpected experience during it which I will use further to get things done completely
and appropriately. During this module I had used by communication quality to make a relation
with other people and gain as well as maintain their trust that is also important to do just like
other duties that I had done or attempt to do. I had developed research skills that help to a lot. It
made me capable to conduct investigation about a subject and collect that key information that
complete work on time by presenting better findings. I faced challenge due to data privacy and
take initiative to overcome it by taking earlier approval of it that is an ethical practice that
everyone need to conduct whether they perform individual or in a group. This module has
provided benefits to my skills development in term of determining weaknesses that each
individual have.
Before conducting any kind of activity and practice I was so excited and happy, because I
think that information collection or gathering is quite easy task do to into practical manner, as it
only requires to ask few question or analyze something that is essential. But when I attempt to do
in actual manner I make me supervise because data collection related to any subject such as
HRM professional filed is not a simple task to do. It is one of the toughest accountabilities that a

person like me effort to fulfill systematically as well as successfully. My happiness and curiosity
related to this module get vanish away when I face challenge to collect information about varied
subjects or things. I face so because of high data privacy that is a common issue that everyone
faces when they tend to obtain info regarding a topic. I feel confident by having effective
communication skill, on the other hand I also felt nervous because of not getting deeper
understanding about ICTs, networking, team work and problem solving competencies. I also
want to develop these skills and use in the future while taking part in another module or
conducting some activities during it. I want to feel more confident after improving or developing
each skill that bring so many growth chances for me that I wish to obtain for long time due to
their importance and effectiveness as well as benefits.
I had analyzed that module has contributed in varied manners, for example it helps to
develop my research skill even better than the other individuals who tend to do so. There are
many things during this module happen with me that drive a more positive results at the end. For
example, skill development is one of those movement or opportunity that I had grab in effective
manner. It is quite complex or challenging for anyone to improve or develop a skill which they
may use in the future according to circumstance and that is so me to. Just because of
communication skill I had conducted each activity in effective manner that provide desire
outcomes. I had used my knowledge and competence to fulfil my dreams that drive my attention
and efforts to become a skilled worker that is capable to perform in productive manner within an
organization. Things doing just prefect due to module because it gives opportunity to develop
study and employability abilities such as research skills. On the other hand, I had analyzed that
which competencies I need to improve that I am lacking currently. This module contributed in
varied manner in term of strengths analysis and weaknesses as well. I analyze that I am not
possess effective understanding about problem solving, time and self-management & ICTs skill.
I make me analyze that who important these are for my career development and growth, for
which I had taken initiatives that provide desire results and give expected outcomes.
During module I had used by current skills and developed new as well, which is quite
useful and beneficial for me. I want to define how much my skills are beneficial and play vital
role in term of my professional career growth and success. I had utilized effective
communication skill that I already have and used many times to interact with other people and to

collect useful information through which by asking questions. With this competence I feel strong
and confident person among a group of many people. Communication skill help me to build
trustworthy relationship with other individuals and allow me to maintain their trust for longer. I
also utilized my team working and networking competence just like above one, which also
support in varied manners. It made me able to handle many challenges and create notable work
together that makes team member feel achieved. It the best thing about networking skill is that it
gives me power to get fresh or innovative ideas, and strengthen by personal as well as
professional connections with the other persons. Along with this evaluation, I had also evaluated
that without possessing effective and appropriate understanding in problem solving and other
skills I will unable to achieve set goals related to professional career. During this module, I have
also taken initiatives to improve areas where I am lacking too much, by using efficient
techniques and ways that have bring several pros for me and open new ways towards success.
From above analysis it has been summarized that by using communication, team work &
networking as well research skills in term of employability and study skills, I have obtained a lot
of benefits in my career. Each skill development during module has contributed to make me
capable to obtain my expected or desire job opportunity and that is becoming human resource
manager. During module as a learner I have achieved greater learning in term of developing
research skills that helped me in varied manners. It has been determined from above description
that I have not possess effective understanding about varied competencies, which in the future
may put negative impact on my aim achievement process, goals development and setting as well
as procedure of obtaining desire outcomes. I have analyzed that without using any specific
method or technique I will not be able to develop my problem solving, time management and
ICTs skills that is significant for me to establish greater understanding related to each. In term of
approach, I have chosen action plan development activity that help me to overcome current
situation and that is skills development. Through this method I will develop each competence
successfully and timely without making any kind of mistake that may affect by work in negative
manner. By summing up above discussion, it has been summarized that along with strengths
determination, I had determined my weaknesses, which I attempt to overcome in effective and
systematic manner that is important to do so.

It is quite important to develop the best and most appropriate plan that encompasses key
competence areas, which individual attempts to develop or improve, importance of development
areas and time frame that they consider to achieve each aim. It helps to reach at desire
destination and allow to obtain expected outcomes.
