INTRODUCTION
Personalised learning is one of the learning approach which helps in analysing the
abilities or skills that the learner needs to be enhanced. This techniques is helpful and useful in
developing the learning techniques which are effective that is further developed because of
innovative methods and technologies of learning. This report covers the consideration that I have
taken in my personal experience as there are several things that I have evaluated during my
learning weeks. This further covers the topic and the experience that I have gone through my 10
weeks of learning.
MAIN BODY
In Week 1, The learning style that I exhibit in my personality is intra-personal, which
states that I prefer the concept of independence and individuality. This helps me in learning at a
pace which I prefer in which I can keep and maintain my progress. By learning through this style
I was able to effectively seek the information that was taught in the class. By considering the
various topics that are covered in the week 1 in which the module was covered. I got to learn
about the problem solving techniques that needs to applied in order to get the most out of the my
learning and analysis. This week was the mere introduction of the whole module where the
overall aspects were covered along with the stated reasons.
In Week 2, In this week I learnt the importance that the reflection part hold in the students
life. It helps in developing my skills and further reviewing the effectiveness of the respective
skill in the life of the student. I further learnt in this week as it is an integral part in the whole
process of learning. It helped me in learning the ways in which I learn and how can I implement
the best learning techniques in my life (Wain, 2017). Further in this week I learnt that reflection
is one of those techniques which can also help in critically analysing and reviewing the skills that
I have learnt throughout the week.
Further reflection also helps the student in expressing the ways in which they learnt and felt
during the whole week and module. The reflection is helpful for me in analysing the skills that I
have learnt during the whole week along with the application part.
In Week 3, In this week I learnt personal SWOT analysis which was helpful for me in
analysing the areas on which I have a good grasp that is strengths, along with this the areas in

which I lack that is considered as my weaknesses. The strengths and weaknesses are the two
most important areas that helps the person in his academic and professional life (Herman, 2017).
Further I need to develop my strengths so that I can take advantage of the future situations and
get a competitive edge among other individuals. The weaknesses that I face needs to be covered
as this will help me in future in my professional life. The opportunities and threats are the factors
that helps in student being the most productive.
In Week 4, In this week, I learnt academic writing skills where I learnt the concept of
writing the academic work and how to make it more relevant. I further learnt that academic
writing is one of the style in which the student writes in a subtle formal way. I am thinking of
developing this skills by practising it again and again by writing more and more (Olivia-
Dumitrina and et. al., 2019). I learnt that academic writing is generally written in terms of
research paper, dissertations and essays.
I will develop this skill by writing essays on several topics so that I will get the gist of writing
and how it is supposed to deliver to the tutor. This week was occupied by several researches and
dissertations where I wrote them showing all the academic skills that I learnt in my classes.
In week 5,This week was more focused on the general writing and the skills that are
required in writing the reports and content. I learnt the ways in which the work can be best
represented and further written so that the reader can comprehend the exact thoughts that the
writer is trying to convey(Cer, 2019). To improve this learnt skills during the week I used to pick
up random topics from my academic books and write on them as this helped me in learning as
well as improving my writing skills. To further develop this skill I used to submit my written
work to me tutor so that they can evaluate and highlight the areas in which I lack. This helped me
in improving the areas in which I lacked and further I was able to give my best performance in
these areas as well.
In week 6,In this week I learnt about the concept of plagiarism and how the students in
university think of the same. I learnt that plagiarism is one of those act that comes under the
bracket of academic misconduct as the university consider this as a punishable offense (Awasthi,
2019). In this week I learnt the perception of university's student regarding the act of plagiarism
and how that was so long due to be changed. Many of the students were conducting the act
before knowing this topic and how there were misconception about the topic. Plagiarism was one
of those concept that was generally ignored by the students and they were ignoring the integrity

that they need to follow in the university. This week was focused on the introduction of the
plagiarism topic and how this is essential to follow in the academic writing that the student does
during the week and in my semester as well.
In week 7, In this week I learnt the types of plagiarism and how to avoid getting plag in
the own piece of work. I learnt that plagiarism can be of several types and plagiarism is against
the integrity of the university and the original writer (Horbach and Halffman, 2019). Avoidance
of plagiarism is done by giving proper credits to the people where it is due. This is done by
referencing the written part so that the reader can know that the content is an original piece of
xyz writer. I developed this skills by writing content and referencing the parts wherever it is
essential. I further developed the skill of identifying the type of plagiarism that is being used in
the report. Further I was supposed to work on these areas in my writing and manage that the
plagiarism should be least or none at all in the original piece of work that I am representing.
In week 8, In this week the focus was on the skills that I will need while presenting a
piece of work after someone. I learnt several presentation skills that can be used in order to
effectively communicate the things to the other person. There are several techniques through
which the person can effectively present their ideas and set of thoughts (Ćurlin and et. al.,2020).
It can be defined as abilities that helps the individual in interacting with the individuals and
further transmitting the messages that the person wants to convey with full clarity. I further learnt
that the presentation must be informative, instructional and it should help the listener in
analysing and decision-making.
In week 9, In this week, the focus was on the skills that are required while giving an
interview, further the approach which needs to be followed by us a students is discussed. I learnt
the ways in which I can effectively demonstrate myself in the interview so that the right message
is conveyed in the whole process (Aprilyanti and et. al., 2021). Further the second part that I
learnt in this week was the goal setting and how there are certain aspects on which the objectives
and goals should be set by the individuals. These skills can be developed by me if I practice the
ways in which I can improve these areas. The interview skills can be enhanced by giving a few
dummy interview with the batch mates and the people from the university so that they can
further analyse the areas in which I lack while representing myself and my knowledge in the
interview session.

CONCLUSION
It can be concluded from the above analysis that self-reflection and analysing is one of
the most important technique that can be used by the student to individuals so that they can
develop a better understanding of the skills and the learning that they gone through in the past.
An individual can critically analyse the areas that they have gone through during a particular
time frame. This also assists the student in learning the new concept and the ways in which the
skills can be further developed.
