INTRODUCTION
The academic skills assist to know the skills,writing and skills related to presentation

individual. The professional development, on the other hand, broadly refers to the roadmap with

throughout the professional career.
Short- Term Goals
The goal which can be achieved in short period of time are short-term goals. This are the
goal which an individual set to achieve in near future (Johnson, Prescott and Lyon, 2017). This
goal provide an clear and defined way for the success and also lead to better productivity. By
short-term goal is will also support to achieve the long- term goal.

Medium- Term Goals
The medium-term goal are those which are usually bigger than short-term and take little
bit longer duration to accomplish (Allen And et. al., 2019). This goals are good and common in
all over the world. This are the goal act as milestone to achieve long-term goal. The activities
that are performed to achieve this goal usually performed in a year or less than it.

Long- Term Goals
The goal which take a specific time, efforts and well planning to achieve for

equal proportion, as this include series of different small activities that help to achieve the long-
term goal. As this goal also provide path to perform the small goal and also assist in success and
further growth.
