Understanding yourself and others is the essential requirement of an individual to develop
their personality. Because without knowing themselves people not able to understand others. For
the successful development in their life individual need to analyse key requirements which is
important important for everyone (Sammut, Daanen and Moghaddam, 2013). People are born
with some traits, so they have to just enhance those traits for the personal development or
growth. It it generally seen that, those people who are very open to all & easily connected with
others have capability or capacity to become effective role model for others. Extrovert type of
people have ability to manage others and become important part of the society. This report
include the various skills which is required for the person to understand other's point of view.
Along with this, action plan identify the strengthen & weakness and analysis this how an
individual can improve these skills for personal development.
MAIN BODY
Personality development is the process where people develop action plan for the
awareness, reflation, values, set proper goals and planning for the development of personality. It
can be in context of education, career, self improvement or for relationship. For the
understanding of true potential individual need to include awareness regarding quality, their
potential or make them capable to stand for others. These skills help the person to achieve high
position in their career and along with this, popularity among the people.

TIME MANAGEMENT: It is not too difficult to management time in the concepts but in
practical life, it is difficult to implement. Person need to manage time and then perform ask
accounting to given time. Individual need to divide time according to the requirement of time
they wanted to give on particular task. For example: how much time required to perform certain
activities. Firstly individual have to identify their priority in life and then focus on them with
the relevant skills. Some people not able to adapt these skills those are generally face the issues
related to health and they are low productive people (Voyer and Franks, 2014).

It is important for the individual to adapt this skill because it will reduce the anxiety as well as
stress which is common in the people now days. It will occur due to high thinking habit,
overtime of work, personal and professional issues. When each task complete on given time
then it will incense the efficiency as well as effectiveness of work in the workplace and
maintain the healthy environment in the business. I chose time management skills because it
help in my academies to complete my each assignment on time. Along with this, it plays huge
role in my career life where I have to perform my duties in time. It helps me to cope up with
stress by using this skill in my work culture. It will increase productivity and performance
which helps to develop my personality.

competence?
As I am very punctual of time and want other too, be on time and complete each assign task
within given time period. I topped in classes during my schooling and collage life and it is
possible because of the time management skills. I completed my every work on time and some
times it completed before the deadlines. It is the inherits train to management time for every
activity or task which I have to done.

Their is no specific contradiction according to my point of view related to my skills but yes, my
friends and peers are agreed that I am very punctual of time and manage my time very
effectively. Because of that, I not stressed out or not getting hyper all the time (Guo and Feng,

Time management is the important skill which is not help in my school or career life but it helps
in my future too. When I reach on higher position in my career that time it required the most for
the successful career life. I wanted to start my own start-up, so time management is the most

I am confidant to be speak in public and influence others through my communication skills.
In my collage time, I was a team leader of my dance team where i have to control 15
members in my team. With the help of my influencing or effective communication people
listen to me and then understand my words. My team mates or friends always said hat, I have
quality to deal with large people that will be considered as public speaker. On the basis of
various incidence I can say that I am very competent in public speaking.

Some times contradiction happen in my team when other members have different point of
view in comparison to my perception. Few members not agree with dance steps and they start
argue on that. But after discussion they all are agreed to do what I said to them and in result
we all team mates done very well. Public speaking is important for a leader to motivate or
influence them through effective communication.

in future build effective career. These skills help me personally to develop my personality as

stress make them capable to take important decision in context of business and achieve their
goals & objectives.
