Ethics
It is also known as moral philosophy that is concerned with the good and bad, wrong and right
morals of the beliefs or the behaviour (Sidgwick, 2019). It is field of the philosophy that
involves proper system, concepts for the recommendations and defending the behaviour that
is right or wrong. Learning of the ethics is important as it helps an individual to take the
major decisions of his life critically and think morally about the decisions. From developing
the ethics the sense of living in the society get improved. From this I developed my
communication skills.
Local community
Local community is interaction of the group of the people who are living in a same location.
Local community is in England that is Portsmouth. It is a port city that is builds on the
Portsea Island of the country Hampshire. Its area is covered around the 40.25 km square. Its
population is around 205,100. It is well known for its maritime heritage and for the
Portsmouth historic Dockyard. It is well known city for the world’s oldest for surviving on
the dry dock that is still in the active use. From this language skill is developed.
Local community 2
There are various issues and the trouble is facing in the Portsmouth some of them are
violence, criminal damage, and sexual offences, anti social behaviour and public order. Lack
of the social distancing, have large gathering that affects the use of the drug and anti social
behaviour affects the community. Violence and the sexual offence is the most happen crime
that occurs in the community of the Portsmouth (Kaiser, Pahl, and Horbel, 2018). Because
of lack of the social distancing various people in the community get affected from the virus.
From this interpersonal skills are to be developed.
Global citizen
Global citizen is a citizen who is aware about the world and has lived the sustainable life. He
has a citizenship of different country and known about the different culture of the world, and
respects and values the diversity. Global citizens want to take the social justice in every

community in the world. They take the actions towards the equity. And they believes that all
the people in the society have right to have education and learning. Global citizens have
their citizenships in the different countries of the world. From this the learning skill is
developed.
Globalisation impact on Britain
Globalisation is a process of increasing the interconnections between the countries by
increasing in the trade and the cultural exchange. Globalisation is also introduced in the
Britain and it affects its economy in both ways positively and negatively. It affects its
economy in the positive way in which the labour cost is low and infrastructure helps to
exports, middle class of the people get more income from the developing in the industry
(Beck, 2018). It also affected the economy in the negative aspects like get unemployment
almost to the manual worker, environment get affected with the increased in the output,
trade cost. From this the management and the written skills are developed.

Task2
The easy is about the evidences. The importance of the evidence, how they help the
individual and how the evidences motivate the individual in taking best decisions for their
goals are discussed. The role of personal development plan in the life of an individual for
growth is discussed. The importance of the career focusing guide for helping the individual
in choosing the right option for the career is discussed.
The leadership style is the behaviour of the leader while directing, guiding, motivating
and managing the groups of people. The leadership is an important skill as it helps other
people in performing their best and make good human relations (Dragonette). This is
important on the management as the goals can be achieved by a good leadership style. The
leadership style helped in making the positive culture at the university. The leadership style
helps in being successful. A good leadership style is always needed at all the areas of life; it
can help in motivating as the leadership style makes the environment healthy and creative
for growing in all the aspects.
Goal setting worksheet is created clearing the vision on the goals, the expectations and
the time required to complete it. It follows the SMART measures in the goal setting. The
goal setting worksheet helps in focusing on the goals that need to be achieved and gives a
direction that allows the individual to keep in motion and follow the steps to achieve the
goal. The goal setting provides the momentum in the short-term and long term goals that
enhance the motivation.
Personal development plan (PDP) is the plan of actions that needs to be taken for the
awareness, reflection, planning for personal development for the career education and self-
improvement. These plans are important as they helps in growing the skill that are lacking to
achieve the goals of life. The PDP helps in empowering the person as the required skills and
abilities are fulfilled for accomplishing the goal that is motivating.
CV or the curriculum vitae is the summary of the skills and the experience of the
individual that is gained. This is used for the interviews. CV provides the individual a
chance to showcase the skills and experiences for the particular job to the employers in the
interview. It also help in the identifying any weakness in the skills or qualifications needed
for the job (Cannon and et.al, 2018). CV is of two parts the first one is of the educational

background and the other part is the motivation part. It allows showing the initiatives of
motivation that are taken to apply for the particular field of job.
A teamwork weakness sheet helps the individual to identify the weakness and strength
and what are is required to work upon and this makes it important. It helps the individuals
to strengthen the weak areas by working upon it. It can also be motivating as after knowing
the weakness in the teamwork it is improved and increases the chances of better
performance during the teamwork.
A consent form in the research is about the individual given permission to get involved in
the research and agree to the roles and the responsibilities that are involved in the research.
The consent form is important for the participating candidate as it gives the participant the
clear information of what is involved in the research and what they are enrolling for (Wynn
and Israel, 2018). The research form motivates the individual as they are applying for
something of their interest and working on it for it.
Globalisation is defined as the world’s growing interdependence of the in the cultures,
economies, populations that is made due to the trade across the broader in terms of goods
and services, flow of investment , technology, people and information. It is important for the
companies as it allows the companies to produce the products at lower prices that increase
the competition worldwide. The competition helps the in lowering down the price and the
produce variety of options for the customers. It helps the developing countries as well as the
developed countries to live better lives in less money. It helps in the motivation as it
provides the countries with wide range of technologies from different countries that are not
developed yet in the developing countries. It helps in the growth and the development.
Local community can be defined as the group of people that are living at the common
location and are communicating with each other. The people of the group have common
values and beliefs. The local communities are important part of individual’s life as it gives a
sense of belonging and helps the individual to share personal relatedness, along with this it
provide with support that help in the growth of the individual and the environment around.
The communities help by paying the local tax that helps collecting the revenue for
maintaining the roads, schools and make the area greener for living (Luo and et.al, 2018).
The community motivates the individual to be aware of the problems and be ready to solve

the problems that arise. People can be motivated to do something for their people by
participating in different acts for the society.
Career focus guide is used by the individuals to implement informed occupational and
educational choices through developmental, comprehensive programs that are designed to
assist the individuals. It can be defined as journey on which the individual get matured for
taking making informed decisions. The career guide helps the individuals with
understanding the strengths and the weaknesses and helps in aligning them with the skills
and interest. This helps the individual to get the desired career (Guan and et.al, 2019). The
career guide help in choosing the career and this motivates the individual as the individual is
getting the direction of their goals that they want to achieve.
It can be concluded that the for the development of an individual in career the individual
needs to plan the goals that need to be achieved and work on them for the ease of moving in
the direction that helps in reaching the desired goal.
