The ultimate concept of personal and professional development is aims towards optimum
managing as well as control so that one can strengthen knowledge in order to develop more
opportunity for sustainable career. In the process of personal development plan skill such as
social, mental, academic, employability, emotional get improvised and develop more alternative
career options so that individual can work in more dynamic working culture. It will involve
optimum understanding of working culture so that individual can prepare itself for its advance
career.
Short-term goals
The short term goal belongs to single focus along with similar period that cover short span of
objective achievement. The period of short term goal will complete whole aim within period of 1
year. It will motivate towards medium and long term goal after completion of short goal. The
value of short term goal example are-

 Participate in extra curriculum activity like debate to enhance skill.
 Completion of shot type of courses within one year.
Medium-term goals
Medium goal are greater than short but less them long goal. This will enhance future credibility
and compete objective within 2 years. It will develop clear direction to established long term
goal. Example of medium goal are-

Long -term goals
The long goal is very future oriented and completed within span of 5 years. It can be achieved
after completion of short and medium goal. This will belongs higher standard and attainable goal
