INTRODUCTION
Reflection writing is explained as an analytical practice where writer has to present their
own opinion which is based on either imagination or real based scene, event or interaction. The
main purpose of reflection writing to identify about personal efforts which has been placed into
the work so that it can be identified that whether goals has been accomplished or not and what
are those areas where still some of the changes are required. In context of the report, there will be
reflection about the report which is based on Jeff Bezos. Also, discussion will move towards the
skills which were required to complete this respective report. In addition, reflection writing will
be done on the basis of Kolb’s reflective model which is one of the learning model.
MAIN BODY
In this report, first task had a great importance which directly or indirectly guided that how
any of the work is needed to be performed. There was a discussion about number of leadership
style which can be effective for any of the leader. At the time of preparing report, I have
developed my number of skills which were essential for me. Whenever there will be discussion
about any of the above leadership skill then I will able to discuss about them because of the
knowledge which I have gained through this. In addition, I got the opportunity to improve my
number of skills through this project.
In present scenario, communication skills is one of the most important thing in present
scenario which simple helps to perform any of the work in a systematic manner. The main thing
which is necessary to understand is that I had a problem in communication skills where it
includes verbal as well as written communication. Looking at the scenario, it was necessary for
me to understand that communication skills always plays the vital role through which goals can
be accomplished. So, I started to work on my communication skill which will allow me to share
each and every information with other people in an effective manner. I found that in any of the
entity there is a huge role of communication skill within the business organisation for the
purpose of communicating all of the important information. So, during this project I got the

opportunity to improve my communication skill. This is simply helping me to collect all of the
necessary information which is beneficial for me.
The second skill which I improved through this particular project was all about research skill
because for the purpose of presenting the fact about Jeff Bezos, it was necessary for me to collect
evidences. So looking at this, I started to collect information about Jeff Bezos but I found that it
is not an easy task too. It was one of those decision due to which I thought that I must go for
proper procedure of collecting data where I found the rules about primary and secondary
research. As my project was related with Jeff Bezos, it was important for me to understand that I
must be able to take the help of secondary research. For this I started to go through magazines,
newspaper and different online sites too. In simple words, it was one of those skill which I had
improved through this particular project.
In any of the place, working along with other people creates number of problem for
individual because it certainly does not allow to accomplish the goals. The main reason behind
the occurrence of problem is diversified workplace where people come to work form different
places. The main thing which is needed to be understood is that whenever any of the group of
people starts to work together their source of earning increases automatically. It is essential that
all of the people must be brought together to work at a same place within different team so that
work can be completed easily. Even I had the same problem where I was not able to work within
the team because of the lack of knowledge in this particular field. Even my project was of that
sort where I must be able to work within the team. In this particular situation, I added different
people in my team so that everyone can perform in specific field for the purpose of attaining the
target. This is among one of the reason through which I had completed my project efficiently and
even now I have the knowledge that how any of the work is needed to be done within the team.
Whenever any of the project is required to be done there are number of things which must be
considered and for that use of ICT skill plays the crucial role. This skill simply allowed me to
improve my skills in the IT sector where I also get the opportunity to work on system software.
Overall, in this respective project I got the opportunity to improve my IT skills and even I have
enhanced the knowledge regarding handling of computer which is a basic need in present
scenario.

There are number of things matter whenever any of the work is required to be performed.
But, talking about myself I am among one of the lazy student who don’t have the value of time.
On the current situation the demand for time management has been increasing day by day. Any
of the people can become successful in that respective condition where they are able to perform
their work according to given time period. Due to my laziness, I mostly take more time to
complete any of specific task. But, I will not complete my work on time then I may have to
suffer from different types of problem. So, in order to improve this particular skill, I worked
within the area of preparing schedule which is essential in current scenario. Then, I started to
work as per the requirement of situation and as per my planned schedule. This simply allow to
improve my time management skill. So, after completing the report on Jeff Bezos, I came to
know that I have improved my time management skill which is crucial at the moment.
Finding solution for any of the problem is the key way to attain success and in the similar
way it was necessary for me to find out the solution to the problem because when I was
performing my task there were number of problem which came across. It was necessary for me
to understand that solution must be taken out else it may create huge problem for me to
accomplish my target. In order to complete my task on specific time period, it was crucial for me
to determine the problem which are creating issue for me to accomplish my target. Then, I start
to analyse about the problem and tried to find out the possible way through which problem can
be sorted out. This was the main thing where I work and it helped me to complete my work on
time. In simple words, I have improved my problem solving skills which will be helpful for me
in future time period.
Talking about Kolb’s reflective model, it is among one of the reflective model which plays
the huge role in current scenario. This model is based on learning of own experience which is
very plays the essential role. There are different types of learning in it and they are concrete
experience, reflective observation, abstracts conceptualisation and active experiments’. Talking
in simple words, it has been one of the those learning model which is very much effective in
current scenario for me because it simply allowed me to sort any of the problem in simplest way
which is very much important in current scenario. On the basis of past decision, I have started to
take my future decision so that chances of errors reduce for me. It allowed me to develop my
reflective writing in the project.

It was one of those project where I came to know about number of thing which was very
much important for me in current situation. It is necessary to understand that I was able to
perform my work as per the requirement. For any of the person, identifying their strength and
weaknesses plays the most important role because provides that way to conduct any of the work
and that can be effective as well. I found the way that how I must work so that skills can be
improved which is very much important in current scenario. There were some of the failure
situation as well within the project but from my past experience I have learned something good
and started with new idea and plans so that goals can be accomplished.
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion, it is necessary to understand that reflection writing is among the
crucial topic which tells about the idea which has been used for performing any of the business
activity. It also allows to determine that what area the which has been improved after conducting
any of the work. It is essential for any of the person to have different types of skills and
leadership quality for the purpose of performing any work at its best. At the end, reflective
learning process is helpful for continuous improvement of any work.
