INTRODUCTION
Personal development planning is important to give a definite and distinct position to
individual's personal reflection, experience and learnings(Fedorivna, Fedorivna, 2019) . This
report is an assessment of terms and values of concepts that relates to personal development
planning and alternative points that has been determined to develop an understanding of
personality concept and design of a personal development plan.
TASK 1
Concept of Personal and professional development
Personal development planning refers to initialising individual's personal ability and
knowledge by which skills and qualities are required to determine set of objectives that will help
to amended the personality development. As on the matter of fact, professional development
planning is concentrates on planning for advance the professional career and meanwhile, it aim
to identify those skills and establishing those objectives that are aimed at rising professional
ability and career knowledge. It concentrates on training and development that impact of activity
and importance of learning and work demonstration.
Value of short-term goals
Short term goals are established to step the individual's initial terms and area of field as for
long term planning. They are design at increasing productivity, profitability and decreasing
deliberation. It range from days till weeks and maximum months that would mentioned to it. It is
termed with some examples of short-term goals:
Rising up my interpersonal skills and ability that enhance my knowledge term to
coordinate with my plans and policies
Acquisition of various languages at a analytical phase.
Create the customized habit of getting up early in the morning and prefer towards health.
Value of medium-term goals
After setting the short- terms goals that are realized, an individual is encouraged to develop
average extent of set of goals that ranges it from few months to few years as it will mentioned to
it(Greenlee, Andrus, 2017) . It evaluate a person to evolve and make a sort of form of utilising
of this change of state form that measure stones of short-term goals to life-time planning in the

goals:
Initiative a new digital business concern in a view of perceptual visual sense.
Develop in to an effectual motivational speaker to get more goals to be realized in future.
Amended leadership skills, ability and sense of knowledge that is an influential manner

Value of long-term goals
It is the final field of area of milestone that is named as short term and middle term set of
objectives (Hong, 2021). They are generally reach at over 5 years from now and many more
added for it and is generally an answer to the question as to where would one like to see oneself
after 5 or 10 years as down the time . As it is mentioned below with some examples of short-term
goals:

Personal development plan is a quora that engaged the set of goals and targets that everyone
wants to successfully achieve in life and reach the terminal valued point to that one desire to
achieve in life. It is a constant procedure that keeps on develop with time and evaluating to
another field of section (Houghton, Manners, 2019) . For example, as identified in the short-
term, middle- term and long -term goals above, I would like to create a digital business and
develop all the skills in near and mid-range approaching that enables me to be flourishing in
