The personal development plan includes the different set of actions that will provide

As per the individual, there are some different opportunities for the profession of
manager as are as follows as:
Advertising, Promotions, and Marketing Managers: It is the career choice in which an
individual get the opportunity to pursue the career while managing the marketing
management. In this the major focus will get maintain towards the promotional activities
and the advertisement through which the product and the service will get easily promoted
in the market. It is more effective as the individual has to dealt with the digitalisation and
it is most required factor in today’s world thus if it will be chosen then rook get better
achievement in the future life.
Engineering Managers: It is the another carrier choice which might have been chosen
and in this the individual must get work more on the different technicalities by which all
the different resources of the business will get managed with more perfection and with
better affordability (Cheng, 2018). It is the position that will require more cognitive
approach and with those better inputs will get engaged to make more profitable
outcomes.
Financial Managers: It is the career choice in which the individual must have work with
the profitability of the business and have a better command of make more suitability by
which the different resources will get managed and adequate flow of funds will get
managed.

The better opportunity to develop the future development is in the career choice of
advertisement, promotion and the marketing manager. It will generate the better opportunity as it

As per the reference of the SWOT analysis it has been considered that there are some
weaknesses as well and in that the individual has lack of experience by which it is harder to get
chooses what the person want in the life and with that having more confusion while selecting the
future career. There are various factors under which the skills must get more developed or might
get improved as well. The individual also doesn’t have much knowledge about the career
planning as the graduation is being freshly complete thus didn’t have any experience as well and
