and objective in short period of time. For achieving its specific targets of short term goal student

focus upon its career growth for example Finance student need to improve its Excel skill within 3
months that is short period of time.
Value of medium goal
The value of medium term goal covers fulfilment of goal less than 8 months. These goals are
above than short and less than long term goal. This will determine actual goals in order to
recognise information in earlier stage after completion short term goal. This may called updated
version of short term goal (Sangwan, 2017). It will be more helpful and beneficial for successful
completion of it career opportunity within 8 months. For example Finance students need to
update its knowledge and skill of financial accounts recording.
Value of long goal
The value of long term goal combines of aim that raise the level of knowledge as well as skill in
order to accomplish goal of futuristic vision that is more than 2 year. It will accomplish academic
and career goal of individual in more efficient manner, This will covers completion of step by
step during the planning of career opportunity achievement. This kind of goal are more attainable
such as Finance student plan of opining own individual business of financial service firm.
