1. Introduction
Personal development plan is the self assessment plan which is used by the
individual, it consists some set of activities which are carried for the development of
the individual. To increase the skills and abilities of the individual personal
development plan is build. This is the plan which help a person to build up the
effective and detailed development plan (Kathol and et.al., 2018). Developing
individual personality traits with the help of engaging the activities which increase the
skills and knowledge. In the following report consist the concept of professional and
personal development plan. Further it include the short term, medium term and long
term plan and a detailed personal development plan is implement in the respect to
enhance my skills and development.
2. Definition of the concept of personal and professional
development.
Personal and professional development is frequently also termed as
continuous professional development that creates individual ability therefore
determine their knowledge and ensures them to participate in plans of action and
enjoy life events. It includes the conventional and unconventional activities for
creating others in character as per their roles. It may also involves the ability
development and temperament. It is a process defined by various substantial
conditions. In the method of practising personal development it involves personal
development techniques and leadership system, instruments and technology. As per
the enquiry, personal development framework targeted to goals or benchmarks that
indicates the points at the end. Their targets to measures and assessed the plan of
action, that evolves the level of phase with a developing outcome. The feedback
program helps to give arrangement on modification. It is a macroeconomic concern
in which there is alternative set of thoughts of idea, creativity factor includes for
various concern relationship formats of operating. Personal development also allows
to participate in workshop and activity sessions create mentally and intensify
differentiated skills and it involves techniques and synthetic ability. Professional
development includes the educator development and betterment of their skills to
satisfy the need of individual. Formulation to professional development involves the
review of their analysis, references, mentoring, assistance and coaching. In this

type of goals are helpful for the company and for employee as well, because these
type of goals are clear, precise, specified as well. To know the value of the short
term goals, it is important to set them in such a manner that the employee can
complete the goals on daily or weekly basis. To know the growth, it is easy to
maintain the journals for growth of an individual and make strategies to overcome
the issues in the organisation. These type of objective are in between three to six
weeks. Furthermore, these short term goals are helpful in achieving the medium-
term and long-terms goals. These objectives can be achieve through usual time
tracking and by trying to retain the focus on the specified objective.My short term
goals are-
Improving my communication skills and enhance my abilities within 4 weeks.
Try to make the balance in my professional and personal life.

how to run an organization what are the skills needed to start a new business, I wish
to become an entrepreneur as it permits to get an opportunity to gain livelihood
during real passion of becoming a successful businessman. By this I will have so
many opportunists to enjoy the life. I known it is little bit risk but is it offers me
happiness if I am the boss of your own. As well as make be different from other
people who are standing with me. I wish to complete this long term goal within 3-4
years.
To buy our own house for my family: When I become an entrepreneur, my
nest long term goal would be to buy a new house for my family. This I wish to
complete within next 5 years. For this I have to learn how to do savings while fulfilling
my all medium & small goal.
