writing and presentation (Chemali, and et.al., 2017). In this report there is a discussion of value

Personal development plan is the plan which is used at the time of planning the actions
based on the reflection and being aware of what changes what they make and setting of their
gaols and objectives in the carer and in education for their own improvement. Reflection is

Importance of short term goals

their given and standard time limits. These goals are to be more focused because if person des
not pay attention then they may get disrupted.
Examples of medium term goals are:

Importance of long term goals
Long term goals are the goals are the goals which are achieve to be in future period. They focus
on how a person life look in future. They cannot be achieved today, tomorrow or next week.
They are taken a long time to achieve (Kumi, Yeboah, and Kumi, 2020). These goals need all
engagement, focus, strength nd direction, motivation to achieve in long time.
