INTRODUCTION
Individuals must invest in their personal and professional growth in order to achieve their
life goals. Professional skills are useful in doing the best in each role of the desired job, while
personal skills are useful in developing an excellent personality and reputation. Professional
development is also available to assist individuals in gaining trust in their professional lives
(Owens, 2018). A strong personality is often useful in attracting people and often offers
opportunities for professional growth, according to research. The current report will cover short,
medium, and long-term goals, as well as a PDP to improve poor skills and goals. The study also
lists the eight services and the criteria that were used to choose them.
TASK 1
Short, medium and long-term goals
Short term goals: Short-term objectives must be met in the immediate future, such as
within a week, month, or year. Short-term goals are something I use to improve my personal
skills, which also help me with my professional growth (Chassidim, Almog and Mark, 2018).
The following are a few short-term goals I would like to achieve:
ď‚· Improve my vocabulary skills
ď‚· Read two books every month
ď‚· Learn a new range of skills in my field
Medium term goals: Medium-term objectives take longer to accomplish, usually two to
three years (Bayless and et. al., 2018). My medium-term goals were to boost my professional
growth and ascend the corporate ladder of success.
ď‚· To graduate with the highest grade possible
ď‚· To gain experience and develop a portfolio for my job
ď‚· To learn several languages.
Long term goals: Long-term plans necessitate a significant amount of time, maybe
more than three years. Long-term goals add meaning to my personal and technical abilities,
assisting me in fulfilling my life’s ambitions (Sanchez Puerta, Valerio and Bernal, 2016). My
long-term objectives are to:

Effectiveness of a source
A source is a research paper, journal, website, article, or book that is chosen by an
individual after taking into account a number of important factors, which are listed below:
Author: The individual who writes their ideas, information, and thoughts in the sources
is known as an author. The majority of people use only certain outlets that are written by an
expert with experience writing articles and research papers (Chassidim, Almog and Mark, 2018).
People never have any doubts about their material.
Purpose: It includes information such as what the research's main goal is or why the
analysis is being performed. Some sources do not have a study intent, and as a result, no one
wants to read them (Bayless and et. al., 2018). In other words, the purpose is a condensed version
of the entire article or book.
Reliability: It refers to the provision of well-thought-out theories, arguments, and
debates about the source. In other terms, it indicates how frequently a measurement system is
applied.
Relevance: Sources must be able to demonstrate that their information is accurate. As a
result, it denotes the degree to which the source's knowledge is verified.
