professional development and career growth. The cooperative nature of the team
members helps in efficient and within deadline execution of the tasks. As per social
learning theory a team member need to follows several criteria related with team
communication and performances, enhancement of responsibility sense, participation in
the good decision making activities and respect from other team members (Devece,
