achieve success in the workplace. While working in the organisation there are various
opportunities on which I can counter effectively. There are various academic areas on which
these skills can help to improve various aspects. The skills are as follows:
 Time management - This skill helps me to divide the assessments and finish my work
prior. The main focus is to maximize the efforts to complete the work with effective
time management. Growing these skill can also help me to become more efficient in
various situation. When I choose my career path these skill become effective for the
workplace. I can manage my work systematically and achieve an overall growth.

 Decision making - This skill helps me to asses various difficult situations. I evaluate all
the factors and think clearly by enhancing the thoughts and vision in an effective
manner. While working for the organisation in the future this decision making skills

decision making.

to the new places and innovating different ideas. Whenever I use to do my assignments
I use this skill to make the assessments more creative. To improve this skill I enhance
my knowledge and asses various critical factors. In the future while working for the
organisation this skill can help me to achieve an overall growth in the workplace. The
main focus is to become more creative to maximize the profits of the organisation in an

Weakness – This factor helps the individual to evaluate in which areas he is lacking. The person
can improve these areas to achieve and efficient growth in the future. There are various areas in
which I lack the most common is oral and written skills and leadership. These weakness are as
follows:
 Oral and written skills – Whenever I do certain assignments I do various mistakes and
grammatical errors. This is the weakness which affects my work and the assignment was
rejected by different professionals and I get a lot of negative feedback on my work. It
effects my academics and it future It will be big problem because I cannot perform the
activities as per my full potential. To improve this skill I enhanced my knowledge and
make the improvements as per the given feedbacks to improve the assessments in an
effective manner.
 Leadership skills – This is the most common skill which could me become more
productive and effectively communicate with other individuals. While working for the
organisation in the future leadership skill helps me improve the productivity of the
workplace. I can help the employees to overcome different challenges. This skill will lead
me to attain an effective growth for the future. There are various opportunities on which I
can capitalise and help the organisation to achieve their goals and objectives in the
industry.

 Teamwork skills – This skill help the individual to work in an effective manner while
performing the activities (riye, and Keller, 2021). There are various goals and objectives
which could be achieved with the help of skill in an systematic manner. This is the major
skill in which I lack I can perform effectively with the team. I finish my work work
earlier but in cannot work in various group activities. It can affect me in the future as the
organisation needs to improve the productivity. To achieve various targets they need the
team to perform in an effective manner.
Opportunities - This is the most important factor in this tool it helps the individual to capitalise
on various career opportunities and achieve an inherent growth (Kim, and et.al 2021). There are
various trends which are changing in the market. The organisation needs the candidate which
posses different skills in order to carry out the workplace operations effectively. There are
various career opportunities on which I can capitalise based on the essential skills. I had the
inherent knowledge of artificial intelligence as most of the companies are implementing new
technological factors in the workplace. This is the best career in which I can give tough
competition to other candidates. There are various other skills on which I lack. The organisation
could help me to improve my knowledge and enhance my skills with the right guidance. The
competition for the job is increasingly high for the and I understand the dynamic market. This is
the quality which gives me advantage over other individuals. Handling the artificial intelligence
takes different skills and the use of the software. I can handle it very effectively which could help
the company to manage the workforce and carry out the business operations more appropriately.
Threats – There are various threats in the market which can stop the growth of an individual.
They can asses various factor to minimize the impact (Kolb, and Kolb, 2018). The organisation
needs an individual which needs to perfect in very manner. There are various skills in which I
lack and pother individuals can give me tough competition for the suitable job position in the
company. The organisation keep changing their way of doing operations. This is the major threat
for me I cannot adapt to the new ways of working. With the changing marketing trends the firms
adapt themselves to become more profitable in the market. They can change the working style of
the employees and they had to adapt to the new changes. This is the serious threat I cannot adapt
to the new changes and the working style of the company. This will affect my career in an
negative manner. There are various factors which I needs to observe to improve this factor
systematically.

I want to achieve a position of product manager in the future. The next 2 years will be
very crucial it helps me which skills I need to acquire in order to get this position. I want achieve
