Introduction
This personal development plan will assist me to gain clarity about the necessary
steps to acquire key skills as well as attitude for the development of the competencies like-
teamwork, leadership, career management. In this context, this plan also boosts me to
enhance my knowledge of the competence so that I become able to analyse them and provide
brief details. This personal development plan contains columns of self-assessment that helps
me to judge my strengths and weakness and examine how far have I already developed in
those areas of competencies mentioned above. This personal development plan will enable
me to conduct a self-assessment on the basis of my development. This raking is in turn
