increase my knowledge and this shall infuse confidence in me whenever, I have to speak on the
subject. Second thing is interaction with the audience. I will have to participate in presentations
on marketing subject in my class. More emphasis to be given on body language, skills to involve
audience in my presentation shall increase my self-confidence. Starting a presentation in the
group can be infusing leading the group quality. Time given for it will be two years of my post-
graduation.

marketing manager has to deal with many customers, listen to their queries and solve them. This

different path and differentiated the product promotion for instance soft drinks in beverage
industry. Making my own concept and discussing with someone who is proficient in the field can
help in getting assurance of my ideas as well as discussing them. I have always thought that

which has given me knowledge to speak on a variety of topics concerned (Tattum and Tattum,
2017). Also, in this time period, I was able to research on online methods prevalent in marketing.
The marketing scenario has changed with more and more people going online and thus online
promotion is the new norm. I have learnt that not only product promotion on the websites but
companies are also dealing in increasing social capital by taking their view on environmental
concepts of sustainability and other social issues. This is also a part of customer engagement
scenario and also explain to the team members which solution would be the best. This shall
require domain knowledge and convincing skills to take the team ready for action. Similarly, for
marketing field, I can take part in such projects, take up a part time job in retail where customers’
queries can be solved and thus, I can have an experience practically of problem-solving. Time
given for it will be two years.
Creativeness: This is one skill which is the most prominent if one is looking for being successful
in any part of an organisation and more so, marketing. Creativeness is required in marketing
profession for making innovations and this is what differentiates an organisation’s products and
services in the field of competition. The strategy which I would be following is to practise my
mind in being more liberal and open to ideas, watching commercials which followed the
different path and differentiated the product promotion for instance soft drinks in beverage
industry. Making my own concept and discussing with someone who is proficient in the field can
help in getting assurance of my ideas as well as discussing them. I have always thought that
